Since they had a real cheap price I chose the $15 3-day shipment. As of March 7th it still hasnt shipped. The order status is awaiting shipment. Their email response is that they are 5-7 business days behind schedule. I understand that they are busy but, they should have told their customers of the possibility of a lengthy delay before the purchase and reciept of payment if they value their customers and expect any repeat business. I sent a 2nd email but havnt gotton a response. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered from them. It took 16 days from the order to shipping it to Washington which is where they are located from Texas and was shipped by UPS ground. Sat there for a couple of days till they addressed it by mail to me here in Nevada so there was no attempt at any time to ship it 2nd day Fed Ex here even though I was charged the extra $11 for expedited shipping. I see others on the facebook page who have paid for expedited shipping or overnight shipping in the same position I am in. I wrote 3 times to them as their phone is hidden from access and it took 4 to 5 days to get an answer and nothing as I requested on the overpayment. We deserve the respect for supporting thir business but they avoid contact as much as they can taking days to answer if at all. Im dissapointed to say the least with the service from Sportsmans-Depot.com. The total time for my shipment was 21 days to delivery as it didnt even move for 2 days while in Washington. I would be looking at their facebook and recent reviews before placing an order again with anyone. upon repeated requests and posted review He said I would receive a refund for the expedited delivery payment I made. I immediatly ordered three and got confirmation within a couple hours. My credit card was also billed right away. It has been a month and i still havent recieved my order or heard jack from them. There is no phone number on there web site and if you email them you get no response. I just got ripped off for $90 dollars i guess. There is no proof there even a legitimate bussiness. I ordered a firearm and was told "All Firearms are sold on a first come first serve basis and cannot be held until we have an FFL in hand". I sent the FFL info when I ordered it but sent it again anyway and was told "Got the FFL". Later that night I was told my order was cancelled. I guess they sold it to someone else. Told me no more in stock but they had 6 when I ordered. Website still showed 1 after they cancelled, then went to 0, now shows 30+. STAY AWAY! I tried calling but got nowhere and then I get an email saying my order was cancelled due to the product being out of stock. <br><br>There were plenty of out of stock items on their site at the time I placed my order. It doesn\u0027t take a week to figure out something is out of stock or to send a message to say \u0022hey, we thought we had this but didn\u0027t.\u0022 I think they just decided to that they could milk more money out of others for the mags since the recent shootings and decided to jack up the price to sell to locals rather than fulfill their online orders at the \u0022normal\u0022 prices. <br><br>Bottom line : Poor communications makes me suspect of this company. I haven\u0027t seen the charge reversed on my credit card yet. "Do not use this retailer if you want communication or a speedy order transaction. Have had no communications or delivery of what WAS an in stock item at the time of order after several attempts at communication. They offer no way to contact them except email that they do not answer, Avoid like the plague!"
