Alex was our representative and I'm beyond dumbfounded as to how or why he's employed. We ordered segmented wristbands (2 colors) and were promised that the text would not overlap from one color to the next. When we received our order, 90% of the wristbands were completely MESSED UP! Colors were bleeding and text overlapped from one color to the next. We contacted them right away and were asked to submit photos. We sent them plenty of photos and the response was that they saw nothing wrong with the production. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? We replied asking for either a refund or a replacement order, and they stopped responding completely. We called, emailed and tried to use their online chat. No response! We finally got through to Alex over the phone and he HANGS UP on us! At this point we had to have our CEO call the company and demand to speak to their supervisor. They tried to apologize and agreed to send us a replacement order. We even went with a simple wristband to make sure they didn't mess up. Simple black bands, red text on the front and white text on the back. About a week later we receive our order and all the text is now red! The worst part is that they even sent us a proof that we signed off on that CLEARLY shows the color of the text. At this point it's been a month and we still don't have the bands we wanted. Our CEO had to contact them again and demand a full refund. "Terrible Terrible Terrible company. Vince, the supervisor, Was rude when he could not get a hold of me. The final invoice charged more then they quoted and did not no one knew what a purchase order was. very unprofessional, over priced. 24 hour wrist bands is much cheaper more professional and sticks to their word."
