"I have to say, Specialtech are absolutely top-notch. I wanted to place an order but certain parts were out of stock. I contacted Martyn and his colleagues, who are very fiendly, customer focused and respond to you very quickly. They managed to fix it so that I could pre-order my components, even though they were out of stock. They quickly amended to Webpage dropboxes, updated me promptly and my order was placed. Superb service, very friendly, and quite honestly an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is the one-stop-shop for all UK watercooling products and then some. Can't recommend any higher. Thanks very much Specialtech :)"

"I placed the order via phone. Because I am the first to establish watercool system, the staff whose name is Martyn is very patience and kind to answer my every single question and provide my very specific assistant on all my orders. meanwhile I add more orders after placed previous one, he also very kind and patience to help me. definitely will come back to special tech again"

"Fantastic quick service! I ordered on the Tuesday and received everything on the Wednesday morning.
I have found the staff to be very knowledgable and helpful at all times. SpecialTech actively participate in a number of forums, asking which components customers would like to see stocked.
I would definitely recommend giving them a try."

"Specialtech is specialised on water-cooling so it may not cater for every Joe who wants a laptop for university or a large screen for EastEnders but they just became my online computers shop of choice.
Specialtech has a very interesting approach: as a potential wc customer you can login to their forums and ask for advice so the other users and especially the shops assistants can tell you what to do, what are the best components, what's in stock etc. This way you get the best possible advice. The shop assistants are very active on forum, everybody it's so helpful, it's like a big family there :)
Very happy with their service, I would definitely encourage people to give them a go :) "

"Fantastic!

Combined with reasonable prices and outstanding delivery. I was given a guideline of when the order would arrive down the an hour time frame. Needless to say it arrived within that hour.

Packaging was good for the product too.

This was my first time using this site. I will be using again for future orders!

"Noisy PSU in partners PC. Dismantle it, find fan knackered. Google fan part code - up comes SpecialTech. They have it - its in stock at a good price - and within 2 days I have it in my hands.

Brilliant service from a brilliant company - for an item in a pc thats about 9 years old. Not into water cooled overclocked pc's but at least our aged pc will now be cool for the foreseeable future. Thanks guys for a brill service."

"Quick delivery, sent incorrect item initially but the mark of good service is when things go wrong how quickly is it rectified. In Specialtechs case within 24 working hours of contact there was no fussing about waiting for the incorrect part to come back to them and they included some extra parts I'd ordered in the return order, everything is well packaged will certainly be using these guys in future, many thanks."

"When I find the needed parts at Specialtech, I am always relieved. Because I know that they are really on stock and that they will be shipped the next day at latest. And if something does go wrong, Specialtech has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Once, I made *five* modifications (via their support system) to one particularly complex order, adding and removing various items. They did everything as requested and delivered it 100% correct. In comparison, you can't even merge two separate orders on most of the other computer webshops, not to even mention making changes to the original order. With Specialtech, you don't need to worry that you will have to pay for shipping twice, if you forget to order something."
