"Fantastic!

Combined with reasonable prices and outstanding delivery. I was given a guideline of when the order would arrive down the an hour time frame. Needless to say it arrived within that hour.

Packaging was good for the product too.

This was my first time using this site. I will be using again for future orders!

"Order placed at 10.50am on the 19/3/09 for Razer Moray Headphones currently retailing between £30 and £40 on many sites, but special tech we're selling them for £19.99 complete with all the accessories! Completed order arrived this morning (20/3/09) by 11am. First time using Specialtech.co.uk and with the service I received I'll be using it again and recommending it to friends. Top class outfit, I'm very pleased!"

"superb service by Specialtech
I asked if they'd get some unusual bits in for me.
They obtained the stock for me from the US in a matter of days and let me know that it had arrived.
I bought my parts today at lunchtime and they are slated to arrive tomorrow afternoon!!!! superb service from knowledgeable and interested industry experts

"Placed an order and got the tracking e-mails all right. Waited during the timeslot and nothing. Checked the tracking site and it told the package had been delivered next door. Went there nothing.
Without worries I talked to Specialtech's support and they quickly got on it and sorted everything out. Turns out the driver went to the wrong street. Specialtech quickly sorted this out with the representative from their courier service and the package made its way to me in the same afternoon.

Everything's fine all the time, but in these few situations when things do go wrong for some reason, it is service like this that lets you just contact support without a shed of worry that the matter WILL be sorted out promptly. And this certainly has always been the case with specialtech"

"Excellent service and fast delivery of orders also to overseas. The order process was convinient, the status of the product was easy to track and the goods arrived in a less than week from UK to Finland."

"Ordered three times from Specialtech and would recommend. Had a problem with damaged box on first order causing missing item. Quick email and replacement received in 24 hours. If you want the best choice of watercooling products, delivery on time (1 hour delivery slot is great) and backup then look no further. And in stock actually means in stock with these guys. 5 Stars"

"I've ordered Swiftech water pump and 2 water blocks from them! Had great deal on the price: saved lots of money. Reasonable delivery time to Cyprus: 13 days.

"SpecialTech are, at the moment, the best shop in the UK for specialist PC water-cooling equipment. I placed an order in the morning, and it arrived the very next day. They also give you a 1-hour window for when your goods will arrive, which is very convenient.

Their range of products (in the water-cooling field) is the most comprehensive and well-researched in the UK. The only company in Europe I could find with a better product range were AquaTuning, in Germany (and SpecialTech deliver a lot quicker than AT!).

SpecialTech's customer service is second-to-none. I had a product missing from my order, but SpecialTech immediately sent it out, no questions asked. Also, I had a pump fail - but SpecialTech sent out a replacement without even waiting for me to send the faulty one to them. This was ideal, as I wanted to get my loop back up and running as soon as possible.

SpecialTech's staff are friendly, efficient and hands-on. They also have a forum where they interact directly with their customers. SpecialTech also have physical stock. Some companies only order stock in when a customer places an order, but when SpecialTech say that they have an item in stock, they mean it.

I can't say enough good things about SpecialTech. They seem to have all the boxes ticked, and I expect that they will go from strength to strength to become the no.1 water-cooling supplier in Europe."
