"I got my crossbow fast and in good condition, now I can hunt =)"
"I will never buy from them again. My crossbow was stolen last saturday and i am leaving for a hunting trip tonight after work. I ordered a barnett ghost from them on sunday for overnight delivery. I called them on monday to make sure they got the order and that it was to be shipped. They sent it ground by accident. All they did for me was refind me the shipping and ashored me it would be in by wednesday. Wednesday came and no bow. I called them again and they said what do you want us to do it was shipped ground, we thought it would be there today. Needless to say i ended up getting the bow last night when i got home from work at 1am put it together and had to wait till this morning to sight it in before work. The only reason i bought it from them was because the did overnight shipping. They werent even the best price. But they couldnt even get the shipping right. If they had a star rating i would take some back. Buyer beware of these guys. Also i dont know how gerfeetwetnavigation works with them but thats who i was dealing with on the phone. They seemed very nice but i ended up getting screwed. I would have just ordered another that monday if i new i wasnt going to get it till friday morning."
"I try to order a Leupold spotting scope from Spearhook since their price is the lowest online. Before placing order I have emailed Spearhook and GetFeetWet Navigation to check if they have this particular scope in stock. GetFeetWet confirm with one in stock. Since both companies are the same store, I assume I was good to go, so I placed the order.Next day a gentlement from Spearhook called and asked me if I wanted anything else in addtion to the scope, I told him I wanted a bino harness which he mentioned he has it in stock, but then told me that the scope won't be shipped out on Friday. I told him, but today is Wednesday, what he hold up? Apprently they don't have the scope in stock yet. It's still enrounte. I gave them the benifit of the doubt. Friday came and there was no status update. I called them and once again another promise, it will be here on Monday. At this point I knew it was too good to be true. I asked what happen if it doesn't come on Monday. The gentlement on the phone offered me a refund which I was glad he did.If you getting order from these two companies, besure to check if they are really items in stock. Or if you willing to wait than this store is for you since they have the good price.Overall, I am not sure if I shop here again or recommend to others."
