"Great experience. I have bought from Spartan 2 times now. Never had any problems.
First purchase was a 1GHz PIII.
Second purchase was 2.4GHz P4, P4PE mobo, 512MB Corsair DDR333.
All shipped FAST, received in good packaging, nothing DOA.
I -will- be buying from these guys again."

"Great experience....items shipped out the next business day and I recieved the order the day after that. Called their toll-free tech support (hard to find many online companies that even have tech support) and they helped mw with a problem I was having wiht my video card. They were recommended to me by a co-worker and I would recommend them to others."

"Been ordering from these guys for 4 years now. Their prices are slightly higher then the bottom end prices on pricewatch.com but they handle themselves professionally and are worth a couple of dollars extra."

"I have been working with Spartan Technologies for almost a month an a half almost constantly. I purchased a motherboard, RAM, a processor, and later on some more RAM. I've got nothing but good things to say about this company. The first board I recieved was immediately defective, but I recieved no problems from Spartan when I returned it. I recieved the replacement which worked for approximately 2 weeks before clunking out with a bad secondary EIDE. Again, Spartan delivered on their 'good service' promise and replaced this board with a smile. I would like to thank Jay (the service manager) and Frank (the tech supervisor) for all of their patience. A happy customer is a returning customer.

"I had a good experience with Spartan Technologies. I ordered (by phone) an MSI motherboard, Athlon XP 2200+ cpu, fan+heatsink, arctic silver thermal paste and a floppy drive. I received an email confirming my order within 12 hours. The email contained a link to the order tracking page on Spartan's site. I would have preferred to be given the UPS tracking number in addition to Spartan's tracking system, but that was a minor issue.

Everything was delivered promptly and well packaged. I would use this company again."

"Had a problem with a defective memory chip. Called them up and dropped it off after using the RMA feature on their site. They said they had to test the memory and it would be a few days. The next day they called and told me that it was working fine after testing for 12 hours straight. I asked them to exchange it anyways since the problem went away after removing the chip from my computer. They exchanged it and I have not had a problem since. Kudos to Spartantech and their employees. I live in Illinois and will pay the sales tax to deal with them again."

"I ordered a Pentium III 800 MHz processor to use in a dual processor system. The sales rep talked me into buying a retail version. I received the processor within a few days. The processor was reasonably priced, deliverly was quick, sales rep was pleasant, and the processor works just fine. I am pleased!"
