"I purchased 2 headsets from this company and 1 Bluetooth headset was DOA, they suggested calling the manufacturer to fix it, talked with the manufacturer and they agreed that it was dead and to return it for a new one which they reluctantly did. A few weeks later we noticed that the battery wasn't holding a charge so again was told to call the manufacturer and they shipped us a new battery. All was good for 2 weeks when the headset died again! Contacted SpaceCenter Systems again to return the headset for a totally different product and they said that it was over the original 30 days and that there was no way to return it or even exchange it even if this was the 2nd time we needed to return it! I explained to them the continuous difficulties that we have had with this headset and what Customer Service means with no results! Please do not look for customer service with this company at all, and be weary of the 30 day return policy as it is law with them! Unless you get a unbeatable price on something I would not suggest purchasing anything from this company! "
"awful, terrible, horrible service. I’m gonna to give the SpaceCenterSystems.com company to court. I informed them that if I had not got my refund back today I’ll give the SpaceCenterSystems.com company to court and also will require to pay an indemnity for pecuniary injury. I’m loosing money because of them. Everyday I’m paying percent for that money. I’ll complain everywhere and will do everything. Since 20th September I’m waiting.
They take my money but didn't ship my order. While I was tracking my order after 3 days, even though they charge my credit card 1600$, was shown that my order wasn't shipped and still waiting verification. I canceled my order in 25-th September, but still I've not been able to get my refund. They not responding to my e-mail. I contacted with their president 2,but didn't get reply."

"Not very happy with this place. Ordered a couple of blank DVD packs on the second. It took them 3 days just to ship them out. When I finally got the package, they had shipped the wrong media. Called and spoke to Rashad in the RMA dept and he told me I would have to fill out the online RMA form, but that I would recieve a full refund.
Still waiting to hear back about refunding my return shipping fees. Will update this when the issue is completly resolved.
Bottom line, I will NEVER be dealing with these guys again!"
"This company is the worse company I have ever delt with. They took my order and said product was on backorder. The next day they upped their inventory and said they had a price increase..what a line of bull****. Their price has jumped all around since then. No consistancy what so ever. I've been tracking it. The graph looks crazy. I'm sending a complaint to the attorney general's office for my headache."
"Order them on 01/24 for x1900xt (in stock). They charge $25 for ground shipping which is rediculous and now it's 02/02 and I still haven't received the item. They are in Texas and I am in California. The customer rep is rude and act as if it was my fault that the order is delayed. WTF...Their prices aren't any cheaper than the competitors. My friends ordered from directron.com (also in Texas) 2 days after me and he already got his order. Both company use Fedex so it must be this company's delaying shipment. I should have realized that 4 stars rating is crap. This will be the first and last time I order from spacecenter system. I'll stick to the major vendors from now on."
"ordered one readyNAS 600 system, online storefront listed it as "in stock". No progress through Dec. 23 when they admitted item was backordered. Never updated me on order status. Never gave me an honest estimate of shipping date. Finally cancelled order on Dec. 29 out of frustration."
"I ordered 5 BFG nVidia Geforce 7800 GTX 512MB Video Cards from Spacecenter Systems on the 8th of December '05 with overnight shipping. These were shown as currently in stock when I placed the order. I called on the 12th and was told the order would be shipped the same day or the next day. I called again on the 13th when I did not see tracking information or any update to the status of my order. I was told by Chris that the cards were unavailable and that Dell had taken ownership of the cards that were previously shown as in stock at spacecenter. This didn't make any sense to me, but since I had no choice, I canceled the order."
"Very dissatisfied with this company. I am out $75 out of pocket and nothing to show for it but frustration.
I ordered a projector screen, it was delivered damaged. I refused shipment. I asked the shipper what happens that a projector screen cannot be delivered undamaged (this was my 3rd attempt, but the 1st with spacecentersystems). He said it was too long (105") to go through the system--without better packaging it was never going to arrive intact. I contacted spacecentersystems and they put me in contact with the warehouse that ships it. The warehouse said there was nothing they could do and did I want to cancel the order? I said I guess that's my only option.
I was refunded 80% of the purchase price (restocking fee $32) and lost the cost of shipping ($43). I could not believe they were charging me a restocking fee and I was losing the shipping charge when they really didn't give me much of an option other than to cancel my order.
This was the LAST thing I wanted when I ordered this thing. I specifically emailed them more than once and commented on my order that I didn't want it shipped if I would not be able to refuse shipment due to damage and not be charged. They shipped it anyway.
I called back and wanted to talk to a supervisor. I said I was dissatisfied. I wanted this screen and only cancelled because I had basically been told I couldn't get it undamaged. The supervisor said I could still get it if I wanted, they would reverse the restocking fee and not charge the shipping to resend it out. I accepted because I was out $75 and had NOTHING to show for it and this was my only hope of achieving any satisfaction--if the screen somehow arrived in good condition.
Next thing I know I am getting an order confirmation with a shipping charge ($16.40). Then I get another email asking if it is okay to be charged sales tax--they were going to ship it from a closer warehouse which was in my state. I called and asked about the shipping and was informed there WAS a shipping charge, and it was $43 for this order. $43 AGAIN?? I said the supervisor said there would be no shipping charge. They said I would have to confirm that with the supervisor.
Bottom line, the supervisor was wrong. The warehouse would not ship without charging me again.
I cancelled, am leaving negative feedback, and would like to forget this whole transaction ever took place. I would think there was ample money in this transaction to try to satisfy me as their customer--$163 I initially paid, $43 initial shipping charge, damage claim from the shipping company for the value of the damaged shipment, the screen itself returned to the warehouse. Subtract the refund of $131 and that leaves the scales pretty unbalanced and decidedly not in my favor.
Needless to say, I would not choose to do business with them again."
"This weekend they had several video cards listed at very low prices. I ordered some on Saturday. From Saturday to Monday morning, the prices remained the same. Now I just got a notification that my order was canceled due to a pricing error.
Their site was incredibly busy all weekend, most likely from others ordering cards too. It's convenient that it took them so long to fix the "error." Now they have all my information and all I got was a waste of time."
