The package did not arrive (probably lost in the mail, it happens sometimes) so they verified the shipping address and promptly offered to refund or resend. I chose a refund and it was in my PayPal account within a few hours. "SourcingMap was the only place I could find that had the part I needed to maintain my phone. Their web site was easy to use, and they did exactly what they said they would. Communication was excellent and the item arrived to New Zealand quickly and in perfect condition.
