I ordered a pair of Raybans for my boyfriend as a gift for Christmas, and ended up ordering the wrong size!!! I didn\u0027t realize it until he tried it on and he looked very awkward! I contacted sourceoneaudio the next day and they didn\u0027t even give me a hard time. They simply asked me to mail it back to them and all they would do is charge me for the cost of postage - no restocking fee or any other service fees!!! And I received the new pair within a week. I have to say, though it was past Christmas, my boyfriend said it was the best gift he got this year :) I am so happy that I can depend on great service and honest prices at sourceoneaudio! Then, I googled the item number of my selected sunglasses. This is how I found Source One Audio as they had the best price. The item was shipped priority mail for free and I paid no tax. All in all, I saved over $100 from this online vendor versus the mall\u0027s price. The brand new glasses also arrived with a Prada shopping bag, a nicely boxed up sunglasses case, paperwork and the cleaning cloth. I recieved emails from the company everystep of the way. I would like to do business with them again and will recommend them to others. It was not possible for me to place an order on my credit card<br>issued by a foreign bank(didn\u0027t accept the address)<br>2. It was not possible for me to place an order on my friends\u0027<br>American issued credit card(same problem as 1.)<br>3. When I finally got a third person involved the order<br>form accepted the address, but now Sourceoneaudio wouldn\u0027t send the package to an address that wasn\u0027t registered with the credit card(why even have an option to enter a different shipping address when \u0022their system won\u0027t allow it\u0022?)<br>4. After the considerable inconvenience of registering an \u0022altenarnate<br>billing address\u0022, a process the bank in question wasn\u0027t even familiar<br>with, a couple of days pass and Sourceoneaudio then informs us that there is a delay from the manufacturers side, even though their web shop clearly said that it was In Stock.<br>5. Several days after the date they had given as the delay I\u0027m obliged<br>to call them again to get the package shipped, because \u0022they wanted to<br>make sure I still wanted it\u0022. If I didn\u0027t, I would have cancelled the<br>order.<br>6. Finally, they sent the package off, providing a tracking number but<br>no name of the shipping service( the email said Order Shipped Via:<br>Free Shipping) and several days after the package ought to have<br>arrived I look into it and find that despite all the trouble it was to<br>get them to ship to a different shipping address, they *still* sent it<br>to the billing address half a continent away! I now have to pay out of<br>my own pocket to get it sent to the right place.<br>7. Finally, they left an obnoxious message on my machine \u0022that there was never any alternate address\u0022 to send to.<br><br>Though they offer good prices, I can only recommend that you don\u0027t shop with these people if you want your order in any kind of reasonable time frame. And if you do, be ready to go through a gauntlet of hassles to get it. "Ordered a pair of Maui Jim Stingray Sunglasses for $76.00 lower than retail. I was somewhat leery with some of the negative reviews but took the chance knowing that I could always dispute the transaction if anything shady or scam related occurred. I took the chance and received my order within 5 days. I received an email once the order shipped with a direct link to track delivery. The Sunglasses were brand new in original case and box with warranty info. Comment to "duckbutt" review: I would be happy to wait a few days in order save $76.00 and no shipping charges. Source One Audio (Mavco Electronics)says free shipping, NOT next day or 2 day delivery. Orders take a day or 2 to process. Source One Audio (Mavco Electronics) is a small company.
