"Great customer service until you order something, once they got your money they don't care about you. I ordered a throat mic from them, first off they receive payment through paypal only. Absolutely no confirmation emails nothing about shipping nothing even after I requested they send me any information about shipping. I'm marginally satisfied with my purchase, they like to gouge the shipping price as I paid 2x what the label from the USPS said it cost to ship right on the front of the envelope. Yes it came in a large envelope, luckily it appears to be in acceptable condition, some packing material would have been nice, luckily I didn't get a crushed box from the post office. Product that arrived was NOT what they said it was when I ordered it. they said it was dual transponders when only 1 had a line hooked up to it, the picture even shows a line to the other one, if the product changed change your website. needless to say I am not impressed with this company, I won't recommend purchasing from them, but I wont recommend NOT purchasing either."
