Overall, we are pleased with the cleaner, but on the site when we purchased the product it CLEARLY says it comes with caddy, which it DOES NOT. I have called SOS Pool and they will not honor what their website says. The caddy cost an additional $130 and they said that the manufacturer Matronics doesn\u0027t offer product with the caddy anymore. This is not my fault that their website offers misleading information.
