"I had to call them to complete the order because the online order page kept adding S/H when my item (Kenwood MP5028) indicated free S/H. Shipping did take a bit longer than stated due to the included adapter kit being on back order, but I'll gladly shop there again! They were courteous and apologetic on the phone and they're selling great products at fantastic prices! I got THE best price on the receiver including the free wiring harness, mounting adapter and free S/H!! I could not find them, separately or bundled, for a cheaper total price anywhere."

"These people have always done good business with me. Have always received exactly what I ordered, always been in stock (never had 2 call 1st 2 make sure). Products have always been unopened and brand new, with tracking #’s. From what I read from other reviewers, I hear that it’s hard to return products, or next to impossible to get refunds. Maybe so but I personally don’t know. Just make sure that what u order is exactly what u want (& call just as a precaution) Other sights might have higher ratings and might be better. But you could pay EXPONENTIALLY MORE for that service… 5 out 5 start rating from me…"

"I ordered an in-dash DVD player from this store. It took about four days for it to ship because they had to have it sent from the manufacturer first. When I got the product, it was in original manufacturers box, brand new but had been opened by them for insprction. I though that was cool, makes me think they want to make sure I am getting everything I asked for. They even put a "warranty" label to reseal the box stating that they inspected the contents. I had the system professionally installed and it worked great for about 3 weeks. The head unit fried on me the exact same day I was leaving town with the wife and kid on a long trip (of course!). While on the road, I called tech support and they tried to find a shop on my route that might have been able to swap out the unit but no luck. When I got home, I contacted them again and had an RMA within 2 or 3 days (I think it took so long because of the weekend). I was called as soon as they received my unit back and was told that a new unit was enroute to them from the factory. I am now waiting for the replacement head unit. I have little doubt it will ship early next week and I should have it the following week (UPS ground from California to Florida takes 5-7 days). Great company. Tech support was awesome and so were the customer support staff. I will buy from them again."

"Ordered a set of Blaupunkt VC650s. They were about $50 cheaper than other major online retailers and free UPS shipping. They arrived within a week. Installed them the same day, and they work splendidly. Would order from these guys again."

"I have made many purchases with this company. I have never had one problem. They always answer the phones and are very friendly to me. All products that I have ordered were always brand new and arrived on time. I have ordered 2 cd players... 2 subs ... some speakers.. many other things. Never had a problem. Only time there was a delay was when I had made a mistake and had to change my order at the last minute. They were very friendly to me and changed MY mistake right away with no problems. Will continue to do business with this company.
I think other people are making stuff up about this company... I just find it hard to believe. "

"This is the best and fastest service I ever had. I put the order monday and they gave me a call tuesday telling me that they will ship the item on my billing address. I got it thursday 2 days later. I salute them with a job well done. Keep up the good work sonic."

"I was VERY happy with the order I placed and the company. The product selection was great, I think the pricing was the best I could find on the net. I ordered a Kenwood head unit on Monday the 3rd of December and had it in my hands and installed in my car by Friday the 7th. They sent the proper wiring harness, which was free, and the head unit in one box.

The Kenwood DPX-502 I ordered looks and acts exactly like the website portrayed it.

100% satisfied and will order from then again without a doubt."
