"I purchased two kicker comp subs enclosed in a kicker box... Shipping was super fast i ordered the subs on saturday and recieved them early tuesday morning... This website sells most of their items for way cheaper than actual stores and the best part was the shipping was free... Most sites that sell cheap goods charge a shipping fee"

"Placed order for $1300 of speakers, amps, subs, and other car stuff. Paid via PayPal balance. Checked order, status: "NO ADDRESS VERIFICATION". Called the 1-877 number to verify. Representative on phone was completely useless.

First asks what business this is going to. It is not, it's going to home.
Then says my PayPal is not confirmed. Maybe I entered the address wrong, nope. Side by side looking at my order and my PayPal address, identical.
She says that it's not confirmed, and will send me instructions to confirm my home address. Not needed, AS IT'S CONFIRMED! I'm looking at it while I'm on the phone with her. I have no problems with eBay, and other sites that take PayPal.

Unbelievable service. Woman cuts the call, will NOT recommend SonicElectronix to anyone else. Guess they don't like business."

In order to adhere to policy, we're required to ship all PayPal orders to confirmed addresses; the address we received was unconfirmed with your transaction. When we initially spoke together, our associate was trying to resolve this discrepancy; however, she didn't provide a proper explanation of the PayPal payment process in order to resolve your concern. "I ve tried several times in trying to make these people over at sonic fail in some aspect of doing business with them. Once again i failed i am begining to think that its impossible. Every time they are perfect. Absolutley the best online shopping experience for myself and i am guessing everyone else that does would agree. Best prices, selection, customer service and the shipping company they use is awesome . Its almost like as soon as you hit enter to purchase your order there knocking on your door with your stuff its almost scary. I will never use another online vender for my car audio products ever! If i did that i might as well just take my money and set it on fire and watch it burn. If you like wasting your money dont use sonic cause you will be very disapointed."

"the product I got was great. showed up in person to recive the product and the lady at the desk was really helpful. I had a question i wanted answered about the product and she called around trying to get me the answer. Love this place I will shop here any chance i get. I do not like how much they charge to ship, and there return policy is not as good as i wished if my product breaks they chage a restocking fee I dont see how that is fair when its there product that had the problem. overall still the best place to buy electronics"

"So I must say that the prices were great and basically unarguable. When my order showed up and everything was there I couldn't have been more happy. I have installed a couple subwoofers and and amp along with a new head unit in my car. It has been two week and the subs have managed to fail. The cone has separated from the surround. I understand this is not a problem of Sonic Electronix However. The speakers owners manual states that their warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product from an authorized dealer. Sonic is not. Sonic's website states;

Warranty and Return Policy
Return Policy Standard Return Policy
Parts Warranty Duration 1 year
Labor Warranty Duration 1 year
Warranty Provider Manufacturer

How can the warranty provider be the manufacturer if they will not provide warranty without an authorized dealer involve. Please help me make sense of all this. "

“We're authorized with the vast majority of manufacturers; in the event we don't buy direct from a company, we offer a comparable 1-year SonicElectronix.com warranty instead. All of the product you ordered were obtained directly from the manufacturer: we buy direct from RE Audio. We're unsure as to why you uncertain about your coverage: if you contacted RE Audio directly, they'd confirm our authorized status. Regardless, you're covered by Sonic Electronix within the first thirty days of purchase. Please send your subwoofers back to our facility; we'll gladly offer an exchange for a brand new replacement. We're available and at your service for any further questions or concerns.”
