Regardless, you're covered by Sonic Electronix within the first thirty days of purchase. Please send your subwoofers back to our facility; we'll gladly offer an exchange for a brand new replacement. "I purchased two kicker comp subs enclosed in a kicker box... Shipping was super fast i ordered the subs on saturday and recieved them early tuesday morning... This website sells most of their items for way cheaper than actual stores and the best part was the shipping was free... Most sites that sell cheap goods charge a shipping fee"
