I live in Sherwood Park, Alberta Canada and have dealt twice with Sonic Elctronics and nothing but great things to say about the great prices, the super quick communication and order processing and was pleased with the I think new feature of bill to me and ship elsewhere which is exactly what I needed on my last purchase. Kudos.

Over all I was pleased with my purchase, especially with the site upgrade, which made it easier to navigate around the site and find what I was looking for. I don't have any bad things to point out so keep up the good work.

sonic electronix sells great products for amazing prices. the product was delivered on time. i have put one disappointment. they show a photo of the product displaying the words MADE IN THE U.S.A. this info played no small part in my puchase decision. imagine my dejection when the box arrived with a sticker saying MADE IN MALAYSIA. i would understand if the product manufacturer had recently moved production and sonic did not have time to update their website. but when i learned this move happened 2 YEARS AGO i was offended. i feel this is a classic case of BAIT AND SWITCH. bad business....bad business.

Wow, again they have surpassed themselves with excellent service. I ordered on a Saturday evening they processed on Monday and I had my package on Wednesday. SonicElectronix has a very efficient system in place. Keep up the good work!

SonicElectronix is unmatched in customer service. My first order was defective, so I returned for a store credit. Their return process is easy and hassle-free. When it came time to reorder, their sales people provided a TON of useful advice, and tirelessly answered my questions. They even honored my request for a specific type of dash kit. Orders are shipped promptly and well-packaged. Simply the best internet ordering experience I've ever had.

I ordered the TNP212D2 MTX Terminator package last week. I received the order yesterday from UPS within the 5 day shipping sonicelectronix.com said it would be. I installed the amp and put the subwoofer box in the trunk to tune the amp and get everything set up. Everything sounded ok at medium to loud volumes. At low volumes however, there was this cracking/scratching noise coming through that was audible.So I turned the stereo off and pushed on the subwoofers to check the voicecoils to make sure they were ok. BOTH subs make a scratching sound. They aren't hard to push down but they do scrape the edge of the vc. So I called sonicelectronics.com today and talked with three different customer service reps. The first two times I was told to put in a RMA and wait two days for a response. By the time everything was worked out through email the 14 day return policy would have been expired. When I talked to the third representative he told me that the MTX woofers were prone to having the voicecoil haveing a defect and making the scraping sound. So to resolve the problem I suggested that I return the two MTX 12'' subwoofers and in-turn have sonicelectronix.com send me two 12'' kicker comp subwoofers, which are $10 cheaper per sub. Since the MTX speakers are known to have a defect I don't want two more possibly defective subwoofers. This representative said he would put this all in the RMA request and that I have to wait for approval. I really hope sonicelectronix.com pulls through on this and sends me the cheaper but better quality subwoofers in exchange. The amp and box that came with them are fine so there is no need to have me or sonicelectronix.com pay for a 70lb package back when only the subs are broke. Sonicelectronix.com seems to have the best prices online and so far I have been pleased. But if sonicelectronix.com does not exchange the broken subwoofers that when defective when I got them yesterday I wont't be happy. I realize they didn't make the MTX subs but if they won't exchange these then I will not order from them again and will get a negative review from me from now on. If this gets resolved quickly then no harm-no foul and I will continue to purchase from them instead of Crutchfield.com.  
 
Sonixelectronix.com staff has been ok. Not great but ok. Their prices can't be beat so they get 5 stars from me on that. But since the product they sent me was defective I can't give them a great review at the moment. Hopefully everything will be resolved and I can give them 5 stars on everything, a great review here, and continue purchasing from them.  
 
 
 
UPDATE: 2/04/10 - Sonicelectronix took care of the problem 100%. VERY VERY pleased with them. Couldn't be happier!

Put in the order Sunday and was in touch via phone heavily on monday. Automated system for callbacks is perfect and phone service wass polite and efective. I changed the order at the last minute from a free shipping item to non-free but they didn't charge me for shipping due to my order size. Order is shipped and ups received by Tuesday and is expected to be here in iowa by Friday. Will update review when I get the stereo put together

I bought from Sonic because they included kit and harness with the car stereo. Otherwise it was cheaper in Amazon. But Sonic sent the kit for older models. I had to buy the kit from the installer for $20. When I asked Sonic to compensate for that they said it was free and so they won't do anything! They attracted the customer with extra stuff but that 'extra' stuff was incompatible. I would not buy anything from Sonic again.

I initially had problems getting my ordering processed because my credit card was flagged. After talking with customer service and even the owner of the company the issue was resolved. The sales representative and the owner of the company were very helpful and understanding.  
 
This company went out of its way to make me have a good experience and that is very much appreciated.  
 
If you have any problems with and order give the company a chance they will make it right.

I just recently ordered an extensive car audio system for my 96 ford ranger ext. Everything arrived within my time limit which was very important.
