Absolutely terrible customer service!!! I placed my order for a $700 car stereo on Tuesday morning. I paid for the expedited shipping so I would receive the item to install on the weekend. Here it is Friday Item still hasn't shipped. I have called everyday asking for a status update they have assured me every day (three days now) that the item will be shipped. Called on Thursday to cancel order to give another company my money and they will not cancel nor issue a refund for an item they didnt ship. Unacceptable...

I just got one 10" audiobhan and a 800watt max dule amp from here and there great my 10 hits hard in my dodge dakota ext cab and had ppl think i had 2 10" in there!!! the shipping was a little longer then i wanted but was worth it in the end i am happy and satisfided with sonicelectroixs and audiobahn

I was looking for two grills for a set of Alpine 12" subs I had ordered from another company. This was one of the only 3 places I could find them online. I was nervous about ordering from them because I had never heard of them or done business with them before. I was pleasantly surprised after I ordered the grills that the order was set to be delivered within two days even though I selected UPS ground. I would order from this company again if this is how they treat all their orders

I ordered a radar detector for a friend because her old one broke. This one is great! She is very happy with the new detector, and I like that the volume drops by at least half after the initial alert, so it's not deafening the whole time it's alerting.

I placed an order for a j-link (385130) for the unit I got from Sonic Electronics on 6/26/2008. The shipping agreement said it’s going to take 2-5 working days to get to me, and I have been calling and calling and it seem no one knows or can tell me where my shipment is. Is it lost in the mail? I know; I’m not going to shop with Sonic Electronics ever again. I’m going to try me best to find what ever I need somewhere else. The service I got, and still getting from Sonic is not good or helpful. And to this date I have not received my item j-link (385130).

This was my first time ordering with SonicElectronix and from the initial phone call to the receipt of my product, the service was top-notch! The customer service rep who handled my phone order was courteous and helpful. The price of the product was excellent and was packaged well to prevent damage during shipment.
