Stereo works well however I noticed after I ordered it the exact same radio was at West Marine, about 5 miles from me, for $40 Less. Was dissapointed as I thought Sonic Electronix had the lowest price. They don't.

Excellent customer service. There was a complication when I was picking up my order via will call, but the owner of the company made sure that I was taken care of. I was extremely impressed. This goes to show that my business is truly appreciated. Not to mention, the best prices on electronics that you will find ANYWHERE!

It was a "HORRIBLE" experience with those guy. Purchased a "Brand NEW" Kenwood head unit and DOA. It will not detect iPod. Called up Kenwood and found out they are not authorized from Kenwood. Then call up Sonic Electronix and waited for 3 days before I get the RMA number. Ship it to them and they said missing cable. They will need to ship it out for repair for 60 days or ship me an open box unit. I agree to take the open box. A week later recieved the unit and found out the cable from the car to the box is only 3 feet long. The original one was 12 feet. Call them up and they promise will ship out the cable on June 19. No luck. Call again on June 22 and still no luck.. All they said was they doing inventory and no shipment will go out until June 23 even the service manager promise it will ship on June 19. So far I spend over $680 with them and now almost over a month and half I am still get no "NEW" head unit in my car. I will never purchase any product from them at all.

I purchased an Eclipse AVN52D, iPod Cable and Bluetooth device. The order arrived on time, I had it professionally installed and found that the bluetooth module was defective. Requested an RMA, sent the module back (at my expense) and they shipped another module (but in the same box as my original). I paid for the re-installation but the second unit did not work. Then the iPod unit failed. AT this point I've spent $400 for installs and uninstalls. I asked to be refunded my full purchase price and they refused. Customer service reps are unqualified, rude and will not work with you after the sale - you may save some cost up front but you will pay for it later. Please do yourself a favor and buy locally. This company is a ripoff. I'm out over a thousand dollars and still have my factory system.

After having made several purchases from them I have to say it's been an overall positive experience. My previous purchase I had issue with the product fitting as described and while it took far too many calls to resolve (6 to be exact) after which I eventually just returned it and purchased another item,it was still finally resolved to my basic satisfaction. Their prices are good and shipping is quick, so long as there are no issues with the product they are excellent to order from.

I am very happy with SonicElectronix. They provides excellent service and allow for yourself to become one with the company. This include sonic dollars for reviews as well as making your own offer on select products. I am very happy with their service and have made several purchases from them.

Another online retailer couldn't fill my order (somehow it wasn't in stock on their web site). Found SonicElectronix and their current stock showed on their site. Not only that, but their prices were better. Ordered immediately. Within minutes they contacted me with a problem with my credit card order...seems I fat-fingered my address. Within minutes it was solved and my order was here in no time. I'll never mess around with another retailer; Sonic Electronix was fantastic and responsive and the products were awesome. I'll refer anyone to them as they not only have the best selection. but the best service.

The radio and mount fit perfectly. The wiring harness made installation a snap. I would highly recommend this item for anybody.

This was my first purchase with Sonic Electronics but would characterize my purchase experience to be excellent. They not only kept me informed of shipping but they even contacted me to recommend and make certain I had everything I needed to install the unit. That kind of personal attention provides a great deal of comfort. Sonic Electronics will be the very first place I look the next time I’m in the market.  
I’m not sure I could honestly say they have the absolute lowest prices but I found them to be plenty competitive. And the extra attention will definitely bring me back again.  

At first I thought there was a missing part for the tweeter, but it turned out it was only a removal key for the tweeter so I only needed one  
which I did receive. I haven't installed the speakers yet but I'm sure they will be great. Thanks for the great transaction.
