"After I placed my first order with SoloMotoParts I was so impressed with the service that I now order exclusively from them. Tyler has been a huge help, answering questions about part manufacturers, part selection, installation, you name it. If there isn't a part that I'm looking for on the website, Tyler gets it posted the same day so I have the option to purchase it. I've spoken to him on the phone and communicated via email, he has always been helpful, responsive, and courteous. Customer service is the number one reason I shop where I do, and SoloMotoParts doesn't disappoint. Prices are very competitive too. So keep up the good work!

"I bought a battery for my bike last Fall based on the manufacturers compatibility chart. After a winter of not riding and having my bike in the shop, this Spring I found out that it's not the right battery for my bike. After patiently listening to my story they offered to replace my battery with the correct one and charge me for the difference. This was six months after I bought the first battery, THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! This was after having the best price on the internet in the first place, awesome. Since they were so nice to deal with I purchased several more items from them and they all arrived before the projected delivery date, SOLD."

"Their selection was good, the parts were delivered promptly, and they contacted me quickly with an eta on items that had to come from the manufacturer. overall good experience, that's why I continue to be their customer."
