"My Channel Master 4221 antenna was shipped to me in a long white box. Inside the box wasn't another foam-filled protective box.. it was the antenna itself.. in all its preassembled and delicate glory! There was absolutely no protection for my antenna purchase. Of course that means..
There was significant shipping damage. The plastic part that you are supposed to connect the coax adapter to was broken in half. The metal pieces that secure the bowties to the reflecting grid were bent out of shape and in the case of the bottom one, not attached at ALL.
The enclosed instructions tell you to secure the coax adapter to the antenna using wingnuts.. NO WINGNUTS WERE IN THE PACKAGE!
In addition, the antenna itself was filthy. It had the kind of dust and grime that would accumulate on something that has been sitting in a warehouse for years. After pulling it out of the box my hands looked like I had been working on the undercarriage of my car. Couldn't they at LEAST have cleaned it up a bit before sending it out to me?
This company left me with a bad taste in my mouth. If you pay $15 or so for shipping, you expect SOME level of protection for your purchase. I don't fault UPS at all. You simply can't ship an antenna in a 5' box with no protection and expect it to arrive intact. I also(reasonably) expected my antenna to reach me in a LIKE-NEW state. My purchase arrives and it is covered in dust and GRIME? Unacceptable.
I definitely would NOT order anything from solidsignal again."

"Just great service all around. I had a question about a part, and they walked into the warehouse to check, and got back to me very quickly. Something else was out of stock, and they went out of there way to get it shipped to me as quickly as possible (only a few days for an out-of-stock part. Pretty good.).

I will definitely be shopping there again."

"I was very impressed with the Customer Service professionalism and knowledge. I wanted to cancel an earlier order which did not yet show shipped, and replace it with an upgraded product that would also qualify for a rebate. Audrey took it upon herself to contact the 3rd party shipper to intercept the shipment. Unfortunately it had shipped a few hours before. She was a great assistance in helping me select and order the new product along with precise instructions re return of first order as well as emailing my rebate form for the second order. Her service was excellent."

"Terrible Company..they HATE returns!!

This is a miserable company to deal with. 5+ weeks after I received a defective unit and no credit to my account. They told me 3 times the RMA was issued but it never appears. Cust service tells you what you want to hear and then does nothing. SS is so quick to take your order but they hate to take items back. 6 phone calls over 5 weeks and still waiting. Would NEVER NEVER buy from again."

"Nice packing job,this firm slapped a UPS tag on the box the item came in.It is a miracle it
survived the journey.I would shop elsewhere as
these people are too cheap to buy boxes and packing materials."

"Solid Signal is just fantastic -- not sure how they've stayed below my radar unitl now, but boy am I glad to have found them!

Once I realized I had to explore the previously-unknown (to me) world of 3G repeaters, I took to some very extensive web-researching of available options. Solid Signal had both the best prices, *and* the best supporting information regarding these units.

And then Customer Service (Leaisa) went out of their way to make sure I got an additional rebate on the unit I'd just ordered -- one that I'd have otherwise missed entirely -- even though I'd already ordered the unit, and they'd have had the sale even without taking the extra trouble to ensure I got the best possible deal.

Count me as a satisfied Solid Signal customer for life..."

"I ordered a TV antenna from them even though the ad said that it would take more than two weeks to ship. It was shipped in about two weeks and it arrived in good shape. During the time that I ordered and they shipped, the price was almost doubled, but they gave me the lower price. Overall I am well-pleased with their service. "

"I have now ordered twice from solid signal, and they are great. A co-worker recommended them to me, and I am very pleased. They ship out your order fast, and have great prices. I've never had a problem, so I have never had a reason to call customer service! Highly recommended!"

"I ordered 2 digital converter boxes from Solid Signal and ended up returning one box unopened since my situation changed after I had ordered two. I was issued a return authorization number and attached it to the box and shipped the one converter back. I looked at my Visa statement later and found no record of the refund. I called Audrey in Customer Service and she told me the credit had been completed. I checked again and she was correct, I had been credited with the return so quickly I had originally missed it. Audrey was very helpful and her attitude and follow through were awesome. Thanks for the great service and support Audrey."
