I never received the product I ordered and then they had the ABSOLUTE NERVE to say I received it twice and called me a THIEF. I was astounded. The woman in charge of accounting is a shrill bully. The emails I've received from her are beyond belief. If only they would call you back when you leave a message! As soon as I talked to American Express to stop the charge, that's when I started getting harrassing telephone calls and emails from a woman named Shay. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT DESERVE CUSTOMERS!"
"Fantastic support after the sale. I had an item that I purchased from them (via manufacturer) It had the wrong piece issued with it. I contacted Solid Signal and within mere hours the correct part was issued and on its way to me. Not only are they fast but very professional. I have purchased from them before and I will do so again. Brian was a fantastic asset for their team.
"I ORDERED SOME CABLE ,PREAMP, AND OTHER COMPONENTS TO INSTALL AN OUTDOOR ANTENNA SYSTEM. THE ORDER ARRIVED IN 3 DAYS. FOUND THE CABLE CONNECTOR TO BE INCORRECTLY INSTALLED. "Ordered a Zinwell WB68. No issue, delivered on time. Too bad for me I could not get around to installing it until December. They have a 30 day return policy, after that you have to deal with the manufacturer. This is a DIY installation. I had to do a bit of traveling for a new company and had no time. Sure, that is not their problem, but the switch turned out to be defective. They wanted me to then deal with Zinwell myself. I asked to retunr it and that was the response. I would have been happy with store credit for future purchases, but no, now it is my problem. The main reason I am even complaining is that the price I was charged 51.99 is so much higher than other online retailers. I paid 18.99 for a new switch from another retailer. It worked. Now I have an overpriced broken switch. I am out 51.99. Other issue is teh amount of time I spent debugging this switch, figured out the even numbered transponders on all satellites did not work on even numbered switch outputs (2,4,6,8). I could see dealing with Zinwell if the switch had been installed and failed some time later. This was DOA. I guess my point is, install whatever you get from them right away, but also check prices elsewhere before buying. "
"I wanted to order the Logitech Revue for a family member for Christmas, and with all the stores sold out in my area, I found Solid Signal was still accepting orders.
After placing my order, I got a notification that they were on back-order and would take an extra day or two... time which I didn't really have because it was just a few days until Christmas. I called Solid Signal to find out how long until their next shipment came in. They said it should be there the following day, and with overnight shipping (which I ordered) I could have the order by Christmas.
The following day I called to check on my order. Due to a truck running late, they were not able to guarantee my order would be shipped by 5:00 when their warehouse closed. I started preparing to go with plan B since it sounded like my Logitech Review wasn't going to make it on time.
Later that night (at 7:00 PM) I got an email notification that my order had shipped. I was so pleased, and I knew that someone from Solid Signal must have worked late to make sure that package got sent, I contacted them to let them know I appreciated their work. I found out several people had worked late to make sure those orders got shipped.
I was very impressed with the service they gave going above and beyond their job descriptions to make sure my order was here by Christmas. The truck running late was something they had no control over, but they really stepped it up and made it work.

"I ordered a package that included a Slimline 5 dish and tripod. The reflector (i.e. the dish itself) was damaged in shipment. I returned it. They replaced it. The replacement was also damaged in shipment. Both instances of shipping damage were completely preventable had Solid Signal bothered to do a better job of packaging. But their packaging is very superficial. They would probably replace it again if I asked; I'll give them credit for that. But I'm too busy to play this game. Mail order only works when the seller respects your needs, and my needs are for new products to arrive in new condition. I will not do business with them again. "
"I ordered the heavy duty chimney antenna mount to replace a rather sketchy unit that was causing me lack of sleep as it supports two rather substantial ham radio antennas. What I got two days later was a Sherman tank of a unit, well and thoughtfully packed (order one, you'll see what I mean!) with no missing parts and amazingly everything fits! Description was understated, if anything, delivery was absolutely fast, packaging was solid and instructions were to the point. The mount is up and functioning and I don't suppose I'll be making the trip up that ladder again soon! By all means order with confidence from these people!"
"Well I'm sure the product is great. It was the customer service. I had to pay for 2day shipping. It was shipped 11-10-11 and I received it 11-15-11. Business days only. When did we go to 3 day weekend ? Well Miss JENIN SALAM. I don't recommend using your web.That was $ 31.95 for shipping. I think they need to do better.. Not a happy customer...!!!!!!! "I have installed my VHF/UHF antenna and components recently purchased from Solid Signal. When I was searching for an antenna system to replace the cable TV service, I came across Solid Signal. I used the "Antenna Help" e-mail request form to get advice. I ordered exactly what was recommended: Winegard HD7010 antenna, Solid Signal RG6 Quad Shielded coax, and a Zinwell Digital Converter Box for one on my TVs. I received the shipment in just a few days. The end result is that both my HDTV and my analog TV (using the Zinwell) have picture qualities far exceeding the previous CATV system. I am extremely pleased with the products, delivery, prices, and advice I received from Solid Signal. "
