"I thought I was at the end of my rope with my directv service. and then I talked to the super nice people at solid signal and they put me in touch with a real expert, a certified installer who does nothing but answer peoples questions all day. They have very good service and I was really surprised that their prices are comparable to ebay. I know they sell on ebay too and so that must be how they compete. I know that most of these review sites are just bad news. They say no one writes a good review but I am writing all over town to tell you that solid signal, they are the good guys and you can't please everyone but they did please me. "
"This company is absolutely useless for online orders. Their website shows you whether an item is in stock or not, and if not, how long it should take to get it in. Nice, right? But it's pointless because it's not accurate, and -- incredibly -- they don't allocate stock to your order when you place it, so the availability of each item is in constant flux and your order can't be filled unless everything happens to become available at the same time - and if they happen to notice it and decide to fill your order. I ordered several items, all supposedly in stock. Got an e-mail saying one item was out of stock. No offer to cancel that one item or substitute another. Then nothing. I followed up vie e-mail, and instead of replying they called and left a message with a list of item numbers that are now out of stock. So intead of a reply e-mail I can easily deal with, I need to keep replaying the message so I can write down the item codes by hand and then go back to my e-mail and look them up (WTF!?). And again no recourse but waiting, apparently. A while later I followed up by e-mail again, and got a phone call l back again, which I was there to answer. Same thing - some items out of stock. I asked why they don't allocate stock when an order is placed, and how they expect to run a business if they can't complete a simple order. Their reply was to ask if I wanted to cancel the order. OMG what a pathetic joke of a company. They're in the electronics business and yet can't comprehend the concept of electronic business. Don't waste your time with these people."
"Solid Signal is a joke! I ordered a simple cell phone booster and paid the extra $25 for next day shipping and never received my product! They never emailed or contacted me. I emailed 3x and called 2x. There was only 1 supervisor for the whole department and she was "in a meeting" the 2 seperate days I called! The reps were very rude and not helpful! On the third day I finally received an email that stated I was being too big of a hassle so they were refunding my money-which would take me 2-3 days to receive?! A joke! This company is horrible!"
"This place used to be awesome but things have changed this year. I am ordering thousands worth of product. It used to take 2 days to ship now takes 10. If you do not open test and inspect at time of shipment don’t expect any help with defective products. As an installer I am forced to order enough to bridge the gap for shipping delays but when I find a bad product in the fourth box several months later it is apparently not their problem. Even emailing the president Jerry gets no reply. Buy with caution from these folks."
"I was really impressed by the quality of the products from Solid Signal. I ordered their new flat antenna, that hd blade, and it did everything they said it would. I got really good service too. When it came I thought that it didn't work but when I called they talked me through how to aim it and now I get tons of channels for free. No question I would buy from them again!"

"NEVER EVER purchase from this seller. never received my items and 10 days later had to follow up myself . after several standard emails i got an answer that the item will be shipped same week. still no response. a week later upon my follow up they told me that it will be shipped form a different facility so invoice amount will be different. same days hours later got an email that they could not ship but cant send a different brand. absoloutely worst customer service and a waste of time and money.!!!!"
"This is an awesome company plain and simple. Every time I've ordered from them I've gotten superior service. The customer service people really know what they're talking about. I've ordered several very specific parts from them that I couldn't find anywhere else. I can't complain about any aspect of the experience. Seems to me that if you're looking for the stuff you can't find locally, this is a great resource for you. "
"DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They have lousy customer service. They don't answer emails, don't answer voicemail messages. I never received the product I ordered and then they had the ABSOLUTE NERVE to say I received it twice and called me a THIEF. I was astounded. The woman in charge of accounting is a shrill bully. The emails I've received from her are beyond belief. If only they would call you back when you leave a message! As soon as I talked to American Express to stop the charge, that's when I started getting harrassing telephone calls and emails from a woman named Shay. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. "Purchased an IR to UHF converter and when it arrived I was ready to tear open the plastic but thought better and read the instructions. I don't always do that. After reading the instructions I found that The label on the box which says "IR to UHF" should have been "UHF to IR". Asked for a RMA /refund and that is when I found a customer service that you find in very few vendors these days. In less than 24 hours I got RMA with full refund and prepaid FEDEX label. A lot of Vendors talk the talk but Solid Signal is for real. Dennis "
