I ordered 5 CALs for Terminal Services 2003. I received the confirmation and link to download the license within a day. However, they sent me the license for 2008 which is backwards compatible with 2003! So not only was I able to use the CALs for my 2003 server, I am also able to transfer the CALs when I upgrade to 2008 in the near future. <br><br>Also, I was billed for shipping even though it was a download. We had a pre-purchase question about the Open License program that SoftwareJones promptly answered allowing us to understand which items to purchase. We had one problem related to the description of a SQL Server item in SoftwareJones\u0027s system versus the Microsoft item that it was associated with, so we did not end up with the right item ordered and in Microsoft\u0027s system. But more importantly, SoftwareJones addressed this problem, corrected the order with Microsoft to be what we were intending to order, and corrected its system. We will go with SoftwareJones again for future Microsoft licensing needs. The only issue was that the MicroSoft VLSC had only 1 5 pack listed for us (we had ordered and paid for 2 5 packs)and it was the 2011 version. SWJ quickly fixed the problem with the missing 5 pack and the VLSC was able to downgrade the 2011 CALs to 2003 and send me the key needed to install on the 2003 SBS Server.
