"I'll start with stating that I was very nervous ordering my Samsung UN55F7100 TV from eBay from this reseller and having it shipped a long way. I spoke to Dave several times and he always answered his phone and explained the process very clearly.I got the TV at a very low price, no tax and that includes a 3 year warranty. I know people balk at the expedited shipping but I elected to do that and received it very quickly. My total cost was less for TV, expedited freight and 3 year square trade warranty vs. the retail price. Costco came close but you have to add the tax.Regarding the service, I purchased through eBay (cost $20 more) for peace of mind since it was my first time with this reseller. I purchased the expedited freight at check out. Next day I had a bill of lading tracking number. Checked it on the carrier website and it was valid. Going from coast to coast I was nervous but with in 6 days (including the weekend)I had a call for the next day delivery and a 4 hour window. They arrived in two hours of the window.The carrier showed up and my wife was the only one home to receive it. She was going to write "subject to inspection" on the receipt but the driver was very nice. He put the TV in the house and opened it with my wife to do the inspection. Everything was perfect down to the box.Once I got home I set it up and got it up and running. You can see my review on Amazon for this product. Bottom line I would highly recommend this reseller unless you are the type to return stuff all the time because once you receive it, you are under manufacture warranty. No DOA returns and I guess that is how the prices are so low. Dave is great to work with and delivery was way better service than the typical UPS driver as they strive to not have you receive damaged goods."
"I was extremely impressed by the service I received from Greystone Appliance. Not to mention the incredible price for the TV I bought. I ordered a Samsung 55" LED TV on a Monday night, I received the order confirmation email right away, the TV was shipped the next day, and was delivered 3 days after that. The delivery person brought the TV inside my house and waited while I opened the box to check the TV to make sure there was no damage, which there was not. I love my new TV, and would highly recommend Greystone Appliance to anyone looking for a new TV."
"I recently purchased a TV from Greystone Appliance and even though the website stated it would take 14-21 business days for delivery, I opted for the "Free Delivery". Almost immediately, I was contacted by the owner stating he doesn't recommend the free shipping due to insurance reasons, and asked if I wanted to upgrade to their "Preferred Trucking" method for an additional charge of $109 (down from the $139 offered on their website), which would have it delivered in 2 - 7 business days. I declined since I didn't need the TV right away and didn't want to spend an additional $109. Well as the end of the 21 business days was coming to a close, I called and emailed looking for a status and was told that it would not be delivered in the stated time, but it was at least scheduled for delivery that week. Later on in the week though, I received another email stating the TV had been damaged in transit and that it would be another 10 - 14 business days before a replacement could be delivered. Since they were already late in delivering my TV, I stated to send it via the "preferred trucking" method so I would only have to wait an additional 2 - 7 business day (on top of the 24 business days I had already waited, mind you) and I would be okay with that. The owners response was that because I didn't pay for that shipping option originally, he was not going to ship it preferred and that the best he could do would be 10 - 14 business days. It became obvious to me that he never intended to deliver my TV and that the "free" shipping option is only an attempt to lure in customers before trying to up-charge them to the more expensive delivery option. The term "scam" comes to mind when a business is unable to deliver on their promises and is unwilling to fix their mistakes."
"I was very please with the experience I had with Greystone Appliance. I bought a 60" LED TV, and had originally selected the free shipping during checkout. I received an email from John that same day making sure I was aware of what the free shipping service provided, and to make sure I was aware that the free shipping was not recommended. I did see that they do not recommend the free shipping when I placed my order, but I thought that was just because of the time it takes to receive the TV. I had not thoroughly read the details of the free shipping, so I'm glad John sent me an email. He explained the difference between the free shipping and the upgraded shipping, and why they recommend the upgraded shipping. I looked around after I received the email from John, and saw that every other site I considered purchasing the TV from has the same free shipping service, only none of those other sites actually describe what their free shipping service provides, and none of them mention that it is not recommended like Greystone Appliance does. I had to read the 1, 2 and 3 star reviews from those other sites to see all the complaints from customers of those other sites mentioning that there was no information about what the free shipping service provides, and that they only find out after the fact when the store called them to tell them that there was an additional cost for the upgraded shipping, PLUS additional money just to insure the shipment. Greystone actually just charges one cost for the upgraded shipping which includes the insurance that those other stores charge extra for ON TOP of the express shipping cost. And I looked back at Greystone's website, and it does actually explain in full detail right on the checkout page what the free shipping provides versus the upgraded shipping, I just didn't see the link for it when I had originally placed the order. So I am very glad that John sent me an email making sure I was aware what the free shipping service provided, because I definitely wanted to upgrade. And he even gave me a discount on the upgraded shipping cost. The TV was delivered 5 business days after it shipped, and I couldn't be happier. Pay no attention to any reviews saying they hassle you about the upgraded shipping. It was very clear to me that they just want to make sure you are aware of what the free shipping actually provides, and I can't thank John enough, and Greystone for the excellent overall price and service. I will definitely be back when I need a new TV."
"A terrible buying experience. The repeated hassle and nagging about their preferred upgraded shipping is almost intolerable. They sent a very long message trying to sell me upgraded shipping which I declined. They then persisted the following day insisting that I must not have read their sales pitch. Again I declined and asked why my TV hadn't been shipped yet. Then again the following day they continued to persist with trying to sell me very expensive upgraded shipping. They continually put down other retailers and claim they are superior and thus they should be paid extra for their shipping. The harassment is uncalled for and very unprofessional. The last time I paid for their upgraded shipping the TV needed a replacement panel anyway. Couldn't tell until after the TV "warmed up" which was beyond their QC procedures so the shipping upgrade is worthless. I suggest they stop harassing their customers."
"I was a bit apprehensive at first, being its not one of the big online retailers, but I looked up their reviews and BBB rating which were good. Albeit many of their reviews were from people with only one review, but I did also find their ebay account that they sell from that had 100% rating. That put me at ease. I purchased a Samsung un55es7100. Best price I could find online at the time. You do have to watch the shipping, but it says specifically on their web page that TV's over a certain size should have the regular shipping that includes insurance, whereas the free option is at your own risk. Even with shipping it was cheaper, by far. They also responded to my email quickly when I saw the tv had gone out of stock after I ordered. They assured me my order was ok and it would go out soon. It did, I received tracking. In the end the TV was delivered promptly, it was new in the box and everything was great. Thanks"
"Product as described. I bought a LG 55LM8600 tv. They had the cheapest price I could find. The shipping company they used Team Worldwide delivered ahead of schedule and called 15 minutes prior to delivery so I didn't have to take much time off work. The only complaint I have is they advertise free shipping and then tell you the tv might come damaged and there is no insurance on the TV. They should just tell you shipping is 139.00 dollars. It was still 400.00 dollars cheaper than any store in my area and oh yea no tax!!"
"After much research, Greystone had the best price for the Samsung UN55ES8000 55" TV I wanted. There were 2 other on-line stores with lower prices but after reading the horror stories of their customers when researching ratings, ordering from Greystone seemed to be a no-brainer. The TV arrived in excellent condition. As some others mentioned, there were problems with the shipper's on-line tracking system which caused me some concern. This is where customer service and communication by the seller becomes important. Dave promptly answered my phone call and email about the shipper's poor info system and ultimately, the TV arrived within the promised timeframe. I would do business with Greystone again and recommend them to others."
"Ordered TV 1/8/13 paid extra for premium del. Received e-mail with tracking info on 1/11/13. Checked tracking number with shipper and they had no such number. Called company 1/15/13 and was assured it would be cleared up by days end. Called 1/16/13 and was assured it would be cleared up by days end. Getting nervous I was scammed, Credit Card has already been charged. After much confusion between Greystone and the shipper my TV was Delivered on 1/18/13 and am very happy with it"
"We ordered a Broan downdraft fan system for our kitchen remodeling project. When it arrived, it was not the model we ordered. Someone in the warehouse picked the wrong box. So, wouldn't you think I would be writing a bad review? No. Greystone Appliance did a superb job of shipping the correct fan system immediately when I contacted them and also arranged for the pickup of the wrong model. It's not a perfect world folks, things like this happen, and this is what you want - quick and responsive service to correct a glitch."

"Price was the best I could find on the Internet. I had never ordered from this online retailer before. Read the reviews on several sites including EBAY and they appeared to be reputable and honest. Looks like they have been around for years. Almost a perfect score on EBAY!Ordered a Samsung 60" TV. Shipped on time (3 days) and arrived by shipping company to my door within 5 days. No damage. TV is perfect. Communication from Greystone was excellent.I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I would order again.I recommend paying for the extra shipping with tracking number and insurance. Even with paying the extra $140 for shipping, they still beat Amazon by $200. "
