As others have mentioned, I would like to see a receipt once the order is placed or a way to look up your order online. I did not receive a receipt in the package either. I did however receive a notification of the shipping track number a couple days after I ordered and it was delivered exactly when promised. I just had to get these pillows after staying at the Mirage. I loved these pillows! Rarely do I sleep so well when I am away from home. I went to the Sobel Westex website and e-mailed customer service, asking which pillow was used at the Golden Nugget. I received a response within 20 minutes. Ordered 4 of the Sahari Nights pillows the same day and received the pillows within a week. <br><br>We could not be happier with the quality of the pillows. We are going to buy more for Christmas presents this year (2013). They are so wonderfully full and soft (and washable).
