But you never answered our question regarding to the unit WHY NOT fit, you just telling us it's not fit but no further details. We have trusted you once and sent you a FREE touchscreen panel because you said the first installer had broken it.
To resolve the issue, we have sent you a form on Jan 21, we told you that "please complete (YES/NO or specify if need) all questions, we will send extra money as soon as we received your answer", but again you did not response.
The door is still open if you want to seek a solution, provided you could send us necessary information for our investigation. Thank you!”

When installed, it actually looks as if it were original with the dashboard and not an aftermarket system. Installation is easy! Just plug and play. There is no need to cut wires. The manufactures installed a new interface, which looks amazing and modern. <br>The GPS works great and has a lot of features to customize to my desire. It has great signal due to the antenna.<br>The DVD player is able to play Dvix format video and original DVDs. The remote control allows for pause, forwarding, rewinding, and scroll through the menu. It works as if it were an actual DVD player for your TV. <br>The radio has six slots for memorized stations and has FM and AM frequencies.<br>The Bluetooth setting is great. I am able to make and receive calls. I am also able to stream music from my phone via bluetooth. <br>It has an ipod connection and a usb port for any other devise you would like to connect. <br>The service is amazing. I had a lot of doubt prior to placing my order, however, the customer service answered all of my questions within less than 24 hours. Trust me, I had lots of questions! They were all very nice and polite. They even made recommendations based on my desired system. I shop a lot online and I have to admit. This is probably the best company I have ever purchased and item from. They have a youtube account where they demonstrate some of their products. If you comment them, they usually reply back in their videos. <br>Would I buy again from this company? Yes<br>Would I recommend this to a friend?
