Please, note, that it usually takes us 5-12 working days to process all orders as we have to order glasses from our Italian suppliers first. We also have Special deal section - any pair from that section will be shipped within 24 hours.

We are sorry that couldn't process your order within advertised time. Order got stock confirmation with our suppliers, however delivery to our Distributor office was delayed. Such cases are very rare and on behalf of Smartbuyglasses i would like to apologize for any inconveniences caused.

Your order was cancelled already, as per your request ( 3 weeks after the order was placed ) . Refund was processed back to the same account that you used to place the order. "This company is terrible! According to their website, the normal shipping time is 5-12 business days. I ordered a pair of Ray Bans on April 30th, they arrived today on May 21st, nearly a month later! A lot more than 12 working days went by. I finally opened my package to find the wrong pair of glasses in the box, and on top of everything else, I went to find the style I originally ordered on the website and saw they are discontinued. I am thoroughly peeved with how long this process took, and now my inability to actually get the glasses I want. And mind you, mine weren't even prescription. I am planning to return the glasses for a full refund and wipe my hands clean of this painstakingly long experience. Expect a follow-up review."

"I think ordering eyeglasses from SmartBuyGlasses is too risky! Why? Well, based on my experience, I gambled and ordered 2 eyeglasses. Alexander McQueen for my wife and Giorgio Armani for me. My wife was happy with her pair, but I was very disappointed! It has been over 3 months and I have not been able to get what I wanted. I shipped back twice the eyeglasses requesting to fix and solve the problem that I hit. First time, my glasses arrived, they did not include the prescription glasses that I ordered. I had to pay for shipping the item back to their warehouse. The 2nd time they sent the pair of glasses including the prescrition lenses, the frame turned out to be damaged and in really bad condition, I requested that they send a New Pair because I am buying a new model. Today, I received a new frame but missing the prescription leneses!!!! WTF!! This is terribly disappointing and unacceptable :( Will never work with SmartBuyGlasses any longer."

"I ordered a pair of Giorgio Armani prescription glasses it took from April 5/2012 to May/11/2012 to get my glasses then I tried them on and realized they were the wrong lenses I sent them several emails within the first two days between the 11 and 12 they never reply until May 18 so they made sure that the 7 day return policy could not apply,now I'm stuck wih a $300.00 dollars pair of reading glasses.I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE! their lack of customer service is very disrespectful! The response below does not give me any solution to my $300.00 dollars reading glasses and why don't you show me a copy of the emails you sent me offering a solution to the problem,the only email that I received was 8 days after thus annulling the 7 day return policy.People beware!!

Regarding received glasses, as we already replied to you via email - according to our system information, you ordered Giorgio Armani GA 807-7C5 - Size 50 | Reading (Single Vision). There's no mistake from our side in processed lenses. Even in situations when customers make mistakes during placing the order online, our customer service team is happy to help with solutions.

It usually takes us 5-12 working days to process all orders as we have to order glasses from our Italian suppliers. In some cases, after we place the order and get a confirmation there is a small percentage of cases where the order status changes which is out of our control. The reason this happens is because our stock levels and the distributors stock levels change on a real time basis with thousands of orders made every minute and unfortunately this can happen especially when we offer such a large range of products.

"I recently purchased a pair of glasses from this website. The transaction was fast, smooth and easy. The glasses were shipped to me in pretty good time, and they were awesome. High quality products from a very good site, prompt shipping combined with excellent customer service. They even sent an email about a week after I got the glasses to make sure that I had gotten my glasses and I was satisfied with them."

"These guys are total cheats. Don't what ever you do buy anything from them.
7 weeks and no product. Lots of ridiculous excuses. Asked for a refund 3 times and no response what so ever.
I am in the process of taking a prosecution against them if any other disgruntled customer would like to join me. "

"THE WORST SERVICE YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE!

I ordered my Ray Ban sunglasses on Feb 29. After several delays, I decided to cancel my order. Til this day, I have not seen my refund. It's May 14, 2012!!!!!

"Do not purchase anything from these people. I ordered a pair of Maui Jim Sun Glasses in late March. They took my payment of $203.95 immediately. They report that the stock is confirmed. I have received nothing. They have never responded to my e-mails. I assume my money is lost.

Sunglasses were finally delivered. They were shipped the day after I published this complaint.

As mentioned on our website, all orders of Maui Jim sunglasses are delayed due to the limited production line at the moment. Despite the order got Stock confirmation with our suppliers-processing time is still 4 weeks for this particular brand.
I've checked system information and couldn't find any unanswered emails assigned to email address that you used to place the order, however maybe emails from us got into your Spam box.

"It has been the WORST service that I have ever experienced.
I placed the order almost 2 months ago and though they said the service would take no more than 12 working days, I am still waiting for my glasses. they even told my that suppliers had the product on stock but they have been uncapable to deliver it (but totally capable to charge me the money the day after the purchase), they just have told me week after week during almost 2 months that I should wait longer.
at the begining I was really patient becuase I wanted those glasses, however being wating for long time has gotten me really upset.
this is the first time that such a thing has occurred to my regarding online purchasing; is a terrible service! specially when you consider that one of the most important services in on line purchases is the adequate delivery.
I strongly recommend you NOT to buy here at least you are patient enough to wait for a year.

As stated on our website, the average processing time is 5 to 12 working days, however, we have many thousands of items in-stock at our warehouse, but the particular items you ordered were not in our stock-holding at the time of the order, so we had to place the order with our distributors.
