Firstly, I hope you have like dyour new glasses and can enjoy wearing it.
Unfortunately, by the time you placed the order our suppliers didn't provide us information that this particular model is not available at the moment and Backordered by official manufacturer.
AS you mentioned you changed your order and is already delivered. We really hope you liked it and can be shopping with us in the future again.

I'm very sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet. Please, note, more than 95% of all orders we ship within advertised time 5-12 working days. However, from time to time some delays may happen due to the brand's popularity/exclusivity or limited production line. In this cases, once we receive notification that the glasses are not available, customer service team sets up follow up to provide several options on how to resolve the issue (order may be changed/cancelled at any time).

"I received the sunglasses in a reasonable amount of time and the product arrived in excellent condition. However, a couple days later, I received an invoice from FedEx for "Duties and Taxes" for my international shipment. I was not expecting to pay another twenty-eight bucks for these sunglasses. So much for "free shipping"!!
There is information about duties and taxes for International shipments on their website. However, the wording implies that deliveries within the US are not International because it compares the amount of time needed for International shipments to shipments within the United States.
Here is what their website says about shipping:
"We gladly ship to international and APO/FPO addresses on all brands and models purchased through www.smartbuyglasses.com. International deliveries usually require the same amount of time as deliveries within United States. All International Shipments will be sent with duties and taxes to be paid by the recipient. Duties will be assessed by the importing country based on current laws governing imports."
In all my years of shopping online both for work and personal items, this is the first time I've been slammed with shipping related charges after the sale. I didn't see any disclosure that I was initiating an "International" order. Buyer beware!!"
