"I was a longtime customer who would place $500-600 orders with Smallflower, but I will no longer do busines with this company. An order I'd placed had gone unshipped for more than three weeks, and was listed as backordered on my account, so I e-mailed to inquire (no response) and then phoned. I reached a rude and unbelievably disrespectful "manager" (I later learned his name is AJ) who cut me off while I was talking, yelled at me, and essentially said sod off. So I am gone. Smallflower does not sell anything you can't get elsewhere online. They have always been bad about keeping things in stock, so I've always had a few items backordered. My last order, however, was for 14 items. I was notified that one product was no longer available (yet was still listed on the site), and I discovered that all the rest were listed as backordered when I went to the site to track my missing order. The entire order backordered? For more than three weeks? And no one bothers to notify the customer? That's just sloppy business practice. (After getting off the phone with AJ I went to an online competitor and purchased several items from my Smallflower order. Same price, free shipping, and I got a click-and-ship confirmation for the order in less than two hours. Two hours vs. Smallflower's three weeks and counting? It's a no brainer.)"

"Very poor customer service. My order was wrong and when I asked them to remedy it, they implied that I was being dishonest and the reply I got from AJ was extremely snarky. I thought this was going to be a cool company to buy less usual products from. Now I'm going to be out about $ 15 and will never shop there again. Very disappointed."
