"Well I've called several times on chi shampoo and someone said I would get an email when they had the product never got one then I call and she said she would return my call in the morning when she could get an answer never called back I called finally getting through and the product is still not there ive been waiting for the same shampoo for quite sometime they have since then got in at least once. So instead I got other things didn't really work but thought to much trouble to send it back so I have hairspray I cant use and the shapoo I had to use cause I was out just not to happy about it. And one more thing I also wanted paul mitchel freeze and shine hairspray they were out! I just think dont advertise u can get products if there always out and specify the size cause I also ordered the larger size on both to be told you dont offere that eighther just frustrating"
