"Have had many great experiences with them, including today. Months back, when I ordered something that was out of stock, they emailed me, gave me a time it would be in stock and when that timing didn't work with my needs, immediately refunded my money. Today, ordered some Sebastian Moulding Mud, and has already shipped, with tracking numbers etc. Many years a customer, many times happy. - AB"

"RELIABLE WITH COMPETITIVE PRICES

I've made about 5 or 6 purchases at sleekhair.com now and have been extremely pleased with the prices and on-time deliveries. The inventory is large, and It's a one-stop-shop for me now for hair products. I particularly like the American Crew line of hair products for men.

"I'm one of those people who are value shoppers, yet like to enjoy the use of top brands. If you've shopped for haircare products through the usual channels of grocery stores and in-person beauty supply stores, you'll know prices for the quality products are egregious! Well after I found Sleekhair, I've been able to take care of my haircare needs AND my budget. I've never had a single issue with them, their shipping is always expedited, their customer service is top-notch, and their selection is more than I'll ever need. I've been a Sleekhair customer for years now, and plan to stay one for many years to come!"

"I'm so infuriated with my order. It came an entire week late and then when I proceeded to open the package, the containers were empty. They were shipped incorrectly and therefore broke. I of course order this in time for an event but there was "nothing they could do for me". Now my hair looks like crap and I'm going to have to make an appointment at a salon and pay $50 more than of I were to do it at home. So I told them they can have their shit back and I'll never purchase anything from there again. Still so pissed. It was great doing fucking business with them. (Sarcasm)"

"I ordered a hairproduct that I can't find in europe. Unfortunately they could not ship because the product was rated as a "hazardous" material! I wish I could review us customs!
Sleekhair answered me 2 days after my purchase with apologies for the delay . They cancelled my order and they immediately credited back my Paypal account.
Very correct!!!!
If I would know the products could be shipped to belgium, I would certainly buy at sleekhair again."

"I buy most of my products from various stores online, however, NONE of them have as big as a selection as sleekhair. My hair stylist recommended this site to me and I was very pleased with their wide selection and affordable prices. What really made me loyal to sleekhair was their customer service. I recently purchased a hair paste product and received it quickly within a couple of days! However, I was disappointed to find that my item was damaged. I contacted sleekhair's customer service and they responded quickly after a couple of hours. They were very apologetic and understanding of my situation and offered me a full refund. I understand that damaged items do happen and I was very happy with how nice they were and quickly they responded to me. I re ordered my product and am extremely pleased with my experience. I have shopped at other online websites before but none of them have addressed my problems as well as sleekhair has! I will definitely continue to shop here "

"I've gotten my hair products a few times from Sleekhair, and I gotta say, the experience is great. Fast shipping, customer service is excellent and very responsive. Frankly, I was pretty surprised. The prices are great, and the best part is I don't need to go to a store. Just order the products, and they arrive at my doorstep. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. "Horrible products!!! I received my order and the products were dried up and unusable - a chunky mess. I've used the product before and what they sent was in the same package but not the same. I called and they said that there is a 30 day return policy and it was too late for them to do anything for me - I love company imposed policies that basically mean they don't care about anything except taking my money! I would NOT recommend this company and will never do business with any company that doesn't stand by their products, what a rip-off! "

"I usually buy shampoo,conditioner and hair gel. You really can't beat their prices. My wife is absolutely in love with this store. She is always on this site buying something. Our purchases always arrive safely and on time. I've had a ton of problems with other online retailers in the past.

Many times my orders have arrived late or damaged. I never have that problem with www.sleekhair.com, they are real pros.
More importantly, they are never "out of stock." I really glad I found this website, and would highly recommend them to everyone.

"I ordered products on 7-Oct-2012 and it's now Oct 27 from sleekhair.com and it was never delivered to me. It was shipped but never delivered to my address via UPS, it was even confirmed by UPS that the package was damage in transit and the driver discarded the contents (it's written in the tracking information). Also written in the tracking information is that UPS refunded sleekhair.com for damaging their shipment and they return the items back to sleekhair. I the customer never received anything and they didn't follow up with me even though 3 weeks had passed. I emailed them and they were claiming that the product was delivered to me. I never received the shipment UPS has the record, they have the record and they are still keeping my money and not replying back to me. I'm not getting a reply from them and they have not refunded me back my money. I'm so disappointed and upset, they took my money and I got nothing for it and they didn't even offer an apology for UPS not delivering my items, NOTHING. This company is dishonest. "

"Ive only gone and found my hair product superstore!
Honestly can't get enough of their products.
They sell products that are generally difficult to find if your not in the hair biz but theyve got everything, ive ordered lots of hair colors, theyve all been fab!
Their prices are the best thing about them, everything is such good value for money, plus they ship fast which means im not waiting around for weeks if i fancy a change..superb!"

"I love to shop online for things and when I ran across sleekhair.com, I was in shopping heaven. Not only did I find incredible hair care products, but I got cosmetics, I found nail care stuff and polish I loved, and I bought a curling iron too!

Most sites I've tried before don't the variety of products sleekhair.com does, and I was really happy with their selection, prices and the fast shipping too.

When I got my stuff I was like a kid in a candy store, lol. I will be going back to sleekhair.com A LOT! Thanks guys! I love your stuff! "

"OK so before I came across sleekhair.com I tried

probably five or so sites to find good quality hair

products, without breaking my wallet! I tried

different sites, like amazon, but I won't have to

look anywhere else anymore. It's like the mall of

hair products! I've had other places deliver a wrong

item, and one which sent me too many and even

overcharged me for it! When I ordered from sleekhair

i got exactly what I ordered, and the right amount.

(Imagine that!) I had none of the previous problems

with other online vendors. It's funny now, because I

found myself another shopping site to get addicted

to! There are a lot of things that I've never seen

and will be trying soon as I get the money.I'm

anxious to add some of these products into my daily

everyday life! Like I said before I had no problems

like I had with previous vendors, sleekhair.com is a

one-stop-shop, and one-size fits all place to go to,

especially if you're in a hurry and don't have time

to surf all over the web.(And don't worry you won't

be putting a dent in your wallet either!)Would I

recommend it? Definitely! Sleekhair.com has gained a

"sleekhair.com is about the 5th site I have tried to purchase good quality hair and beauty products from (while trying to save some money!), but it will definitely be the only one from now on. As compared to other online stores, well, they just ace them all. Literally every other store sent me a damaged item, the wrong one, and one which even didn't send anything! sleekhair.com gave me no trouble at all, the item was exactly what I ordered, it was genuine, it came very quickly, and I paid less than I would've in a high street store! I'd definitely recommend sleekhair.com, and I'll definitely be a loyal customer for many years to come."

"Found a great selection of products here - from my favorite skin care treatment by In the Buff. I love their Whipped Cream Deep Moisture Treatment, I live in the Midwest and the winters here are brutal on your skin.

I also found my favorite shampoo here - I love the Catwalk Curls Rock Shampoo - leaves my curls feeling soft and manageable.

They ship the next day and my order arrived a day earlier than I was expecting it. Overall, from their pricing to shipping, I am very pleased with sleekhair.com and will be back to order again soon.
