"Horrible place. Bought a couple of M3 cards off them that turned out to be a fake, buggy things that lock up and stop working. First of all, they took 20+ days to ship my order, then when I've emailed them asking to cancel the order/wanting a refund, they just ignore me. BUYER BEWARE!"
"I ordered an acekard 2i and paid immediately with Paypal. After 4 business days and no e-mails I e-mailed inquiring on my order and received standard e-mail stating they received my query. I waited another day and asked again and warned them I would raise a dispute with Paypal if I didn't hear from them. Again, nothing. Next day, I raised dispute with Paypal. They were given something like 2 weeks by Paypal to respond. A week and a half later I received an e-mail saying my card was shipped and to drop my dispute. I did eventually receive the card but I would NEVER recommend this company."

"I ordered a d2ckey and a V1 wii-clip from this store on 8/25 and recieved the d2ckey in a padded envelope on 9/2. Fair shipping time and a good price though I have yet to recieve the clip. "This store is seriously bad. I bought a dstt and guess how much they charged me: 50 US dollars for the total amount 40.99 for the dstt. Their shipping price was way too high and I bet they didn't even use all of the shipping price maybe only 2 or 3 dollars. What's even worse they sent me a defective dstt. So I asked for a refund. They gave the refund but asked for 5 dollar restocking fee. So I just took it and got back 36 out of my original 50 dollars. Terrible store DON'T GO HERE. And there customer service is terrible sometimes they just don't reply to your email after 4 or 5 days when you sent it on Tuesday a business day. Overall rating Negative 100 out of a Positive 100. And the overall time for this was 2 months!!!"
"I had no problem at all with this retailer. I was a bit worried since I had never heard of them, but four business days after my order was placed--two business days before they said it would come--my order was at my house in good condition. I was especially surprised since Christmas is comming soon and there is alot of holiday mail going through. I would definitly use them again and reccomend them."
"Shipping was very slow. It took me a total of 15 days to finally receive the order I had placed. Upon receival, I see that the items were packaged in a plain brown envelope with absolutely no padding at all. The package had only cost them about $3.50 total to ship to me as well when I had paid them $11 for the shipping. Normally I'm fine with sellers marking up the shipping price, but when you are making a profit of $7.50 on the shipping alone, you should at least spend some of that money on some padding.On top of the dismal shipping, I come to find out that they didn't even ship me the correct items. I had received only one of the items I had ordered, the other item was replaced with a MicroSD card. I quickly emailed them and instead of them paying for their own error, I am told to ship back the item at my own expense. After a few weeks of battling with them and paypal I decide to just bite the bullet and ship back the item at my own expense.About a month later, I finally received a refund even though I had stated that I wanted the original item I had ordered shipped to me, but at least it's all over.For anyone who plans on shopping at sky2k, please do yourself a favor and go some place else. I decided to use them after seeing that I could save a few dollars, but after all the trouble I have gone through, I really regret not going somewhere else. "
"Everything went well. Better than expected. I ordered a PS2 from them; the price is a little too good to be true. But the machine that came was just super! If my post office didn’t screw the order up, I could have gotten it 2 weeks ago. Though the power cord came with the package does not work here US standard wall plug. But its easily replaceable (use the cord from one of my dead laptops); the adaptor it came with worldwide voltage, great if you travel. DVD_+RW support something I didn’t get from my 3 year old dead PS2. A+++. Local post office got the machine in 8days. I am recommending this website to a friend at the moment. "

"Well so far I am not impressed with the service I have received from this store. I have submitted numerous requests and concerns about my shipments (currently have 3) and the most I can get out of them is it's being processed/delievered, blah blah. They also gave me an update on two of the shipments when I asked them when they would be sent, they told me that they would be shipped last night. Not the case, they have been processed but not shipped.This will change if my service changes but for now I do not recommend them to anyone.Edit: I just received one of my packages from them and I have to say I am really upset at the whole thing. They sent my item in a plain brown envelope without any protection, the item was out of the box and it was flat packed. For the amount of money that they make you pay for postage the least they could have done was sprung for a decent envelope that would protect the item, the envelope was also taped shut with scotch tape.DO NOT order from this store. Bad customer service, over priced shipping and poor shipping standards. Do not believe the testimonials, they are more than likely fabricated.Edit 2: After almost 3 Weeks and a threat to charge them with theft they sent me a tracking # on my order. Seems they do not actually carry anything in stock, it's all directly ordered from Hong Kong and shipped from there. My Package has not even reached Canada yet. This seller just keeps getting better and better. For your own piece of mind do not order from these people."
"I ordered a Wii component cable, some NDS Hori screen protectors, and a bluetooth USB adapter from them. I mostly ordered from them to get the Wii cables, they were hard to find at the time.My experience:1) The shipping was very slow; I just received it yesterday, 1/23/2007, 19 days after I ordered. I was surprised that it took so long because they're only about 500 miles away. When I received it I discovered the reason ...2) They advertise themselves as based in Toronto, my package came from Hong Kong. Lots of sites ship from HK, but most TELL you they are. One reason why it took so long perhaps, but if I'm reading the postmark right it still took them 7-8 days to finally ship.3) Packagaing was substandard: unpadded envelope that was a bit too larger for contents, & no wrapping of products at all inside. Fortuantely the Horis didn't get creased.4) The products pictured on their site are NOT the products I received. Their site pictures a set of Wii component cables that look like the official nintendo ones (white, plug colors, etc). In hindisght I think they looked like the nintendo cables because the picture IS those cables. But that's not the cables they sent. The ones I got look like the cheapest ones that you can find on other sites (grey,completely differnt plugs). The description they give reads "A well made durable high quality cable" but like I said they look just like the very cheapest ones you find anywhere else. I've been disappointed in the results, I didn't really see any improvment over the standard composites I had been using, but who knows that may not be an issue with the cables. I've not had a chance to try the bluetooth USB adaptor yet. 5) They charged me $11 US postage, but the actual postage on package was $36.50 HK, which comes out to less than $5, so they charged more than double actual cost. The package definitley cost very little (see above).6) Cust service was not helpful. After seeing/hearing nothing for 14 days I wrote them, asking for status & tracking number. A couple days go by, then all I got was a brief reply "Your package shipped on 1/7/2007 [which turns out not to be true if I red postmark correctly] and you should get it shortly." No tracking number, but of course there wasn't one with the cheap shipping option they used. 7) In the same email I asked them about somethig that still confuses me: they have two different orders showing on my account, one with my actual order & one with a subset of the items I ordered, sitting in status "Preparing Paypal IPN" They completely ignored my question about this when I asked, and I have no way of cancelling an order on their site. I hope they don't end up charging my paypal account someday for this phantom order. 8) FYI in looking around the net I see others have had similiar experiences to mine, eg:forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/456370Given all of this I definitely do not plan to buy from this company again, and would not recommend it to anyone else."
