The average shipping time from Calif to my home state takes about 5-7 days, so this was incredible since shipping was free for my order. I had problems with smoothing out all the bubbles and creating scratches on both phones so I contacted Skinpea.com. Within 2 days, a customer service manager emailed me and offered replacement set for both phones (plus further instruction on how to get rid of future bubbles). Today, bad customer service is the NORM and not the exception in any industry. Just the customer service alone had won me over as a customer. I was very pleased with skinpea,com and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Before placing the order, I was leaning towards purchasing a Spigen screen protector. However, during my research I saw a lot of favorable ratings on the superb quality of the Skinpea screen protectors, and in particular, read several testimonials regarding Skinpea\u0027s superior customer service. Now my story. Regarding the installation of the screen protector, the installation itself went perfectly, exactly as described in the detailed instructions SkinPea sends with their products. However, as I was removing the excess solution from underneath the screen protector with the supplied squeegee and a soft cloth, a large 4 inch, quarter inch wide smear appeared right in the middle of the surface (probably due to a sharp fingernail). Thinking I could simply wipe it off with the cloth, I rubbed it with slight pressure. It did not come off, and in fact, got worse, leaving a permanent mark. I immediately contacted SkinPea\u0027s customer service department asking what I may have done wrong, and promptly received a return email from PJ (SkinPea\u0027s Customer Support Manager). Rather than give me the runaround, and saying that SkinPea had no responsibility for my mistake, PJ actually offered to send me a complimentary replacement screen protector. I was both shocked and amazed at their generous offer to replace an item that was damaged due to no fault of their own. They certainly were not required to do that, nor was I expecting it. Needless to say, SkinPea\u0027s customer service is indeed superior, and they have won me over as a customer for life!! To say I was impressed is an understatement. The replacement Skinpea screen protector went on perfectly, and will perform beautifully for years to come. It is absolutely invisible, and looks exactly like the actual iPad screen itself, and comes with a lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend SkinPea products. "Ordered the iPad and iPhone protector. Messed up the install of the iPad, but iPhone went flawlessly. Contacted CS and they promptly sent a free replacement. Excellent service even though the error was due to my install. Once installed, both are nearly invisible. A few very minor specs on the iPad but iPhone is perfect. Great company, great customer service and Great products. Believe them when they say to let the protector rest. Initial install shows all sorts of smudges and bubbles but after about 12 hrs it all clears up. Any remaining small bubbles should be worked out with the squeegee leaving a very clear screen. Do notice a bit of a loss in sensitivity using a stylus but that can be tolerated for the protection factor. Don't hesitate purchasing this product"
