When I made a complaint about this they told me that it was not there problem any more since the package was picked up from their shop. So I had to contact UPS to see what went wrong and they told me that the shipper has to put in a claim and file the paper work in order to be rein-burst. So I told them that but they didn\u0027t seem to care about their customers and just left me hanging. So buyers be aware this could also happen to you and these people just don\u0027t care. "Never received item. Emails bounce back. Assume this seller out of business. Puts me off buying from the US (I am in Australia).
Just have to put it down to a good lesson learned."
