"I love that I get personalized service. I received a call from a representative that just wanted to check my order as it was being shipped to a residence. I also had some questions during the ordering process and the gentleman that helped me was so nice. I definately tell people about your product and how to order."

"I still haven't received a tracking number after nearly a month. I called today and someone said my order was shipped and that I would get an email shortly. Several hours later, nothing."

"I thought the sales person on the phone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the chair I purchased and other chairs I asked him about. In fact, I got better service on the phone than I got in visiting a local store that sold the same chair I purchased. Also the chair arrived a day before the sales person estimated it would arrive. "

"Still waiting to here more on my order status. It was extremely vague as to when it would be shipped. While shopping, it indicated one thing and the initial email confirmation said another. And I have yet to receive any additional update."

"Horrible Experience. They talked me into buying a showroom model which they said was in new condition but this chair feels like it has been used for years. It had a stretched out area in the mesh and every day I have to raise the chair back up to the height I like it at. I called and asked about the issue with the mesh and they said that it would be a warranty issue and that I could get that taken care of if I really needed to. I told them that I wanted it warrantied and they made it sound like it was the last thing they wanted to do for me. I was talked down to and I could really tell that they did not care. I had emailed them 3 times about the issue before finally calling. Of course the sales guy who helped me was on vacation and nobody else could help me until he came back. When I finally did get to talk to him it took him almost 15 minutes to pull up my order after asking me many questions. It was the most horrible experience I have had dealing with a premium product such as a Hermin Miller chair. $1350 chair."
