"Ordering was easy, delivery was quick. I failed to read the description fully and didn't realize I was buying an Aeron chair without adjustable arms! Who would have even thought they would make one! Not the fault of Sit4Less, just an added comment."

"My biggest complaint is that I wasn't contacted about the chair, which was a gift, was back-ordered and I would have to wait a couple more weeks to receive the chair. The gift was very late, but once I got it, it went together well and he is happy with it."

"Update on my order.

I was contacted by sales manager Mike Wade, who explained that their shipment promise was in error due to an inventory snafu. He apologized for the delay and said my order was shipped as of Feb 15, and gave me a FEDEX tracking number, plus $35 dollar credit. Wow! That is dedication to customer service. I guess even good companies sometimes make mistakes, but Sit4less goes above and beyond the normal course of business to rectify any problems. I therefore withdraw my complaints and apologize to the employees of Sit4less, who strive to deliver quality products to their customers. I highly recommend Sit4less as an honest retailer.
