"I ordered my dress somewhat at the last minute only 1 month before my wedding and decided to buy an in stock dress from California which had to travel to Virginia rather quickly. In which I was assured it would be at my house within 7-10 days from the mailing date which was approx 3 days after I bought to get it ready to ship. The only issue I had was that they waited about 2 weeks to mail instead of 3 days, giving me even less time to have it altered before the wedding (about 1 week). When i kept calling to hurry them along in mailing it, they told me that they recently had to move their warehouse which was their reason for the delay in mailing it. It caused me some stress thinking it would not b ready in time. But when the dress arrived it was beautiful and fit like a dream. Thankfully I didn't need too many alterations and my seamstress was awesome and was able to have it done a few days before the wedding. So everything worked out and the people I spoke with on the phone were nice and apologetic. The seamstress who worked on my dress for me told me it was a great quality dress for what I payed (which was $340.00 including shipping). Overall, I was pleased that everything worked out. I looked and felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day and am now happily married to the love of my life. And that is what matters and counts to me. So I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about getting married. Just maybe make sure u order your dress with a little more advanced notice than I was able to give them when ordering my dress (just to b on the safe side)! "

"I bought the Monique dress is size 16. I was afraid to purchase a dress online but decided to take a chance. I am so glad I did. My dress if beautiful. It looks no different than a dress from one of those chain stores at a much lower price point. I picked a corsetted dress which I thought would be more forgiven with the fit. The dress came with extra beads for any mishaps. The dress arrived in 4 weeks as promised. I would recommend Simply Bridal to any of my friends. "

"My daughter's dress came quickly, vacuum packed, delivered to our door by UPS. I was impressed we were provided a bag to store it in and extra beads just in case they were needed. The dress did run big but it was easily altered. We got an unbelievable price and the dress was beautiful! My daughter looked amazing on her wedding day! Thank you, Simplybridal! I highly recommend you to others!"

"My dress came with one month of ordering and was exactly what I was looking for. It needed a few alterations but mostly on the hem. The quality of the dress is top notch, especially for the price and I cannot wait to wear it again!"

"I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. They had the item in stock, it was on sale, and it was to be in my hands about 4 weeks after ordering. Well, they sure did deliver! The dress was even more beautiful in person, it arrived in about 2 1/2 weeks after ordering, and it came in a pretty little box along with tips for making the dress look better before wearing it. I contacted customer service once before placing my order. They didn't answer right away, but I left a message and they got back with me the same day! Bottom line, yes, I would recommend shopping here for formal dress needs. Thanks!"

"I was nervous about ordering my wedding dress online. I was concerned that it might not look as beautiful as it did in the pictures. I also didn't want to go to a bridal shop and deal with pushy sales people. After searching high and low online I fell in love with the Lina Gown. I had to order it, and with Simply Bridal's 30 day return policy I figured I had nothing to lose.
My dress came earlier than promised, I received it approximately 30 days after I ordered it. It was wrapped beautifully and came with a little thank you card that included care and alteration instructions. And most importantly my dress is absolutely gorgeous. The detail is impeccable and the quality is amazing. All of my bridesmaids are in love with it. I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day.
Since receiving my dress I have popped into a few bridal shops just to look and nothing compares to my wedding dress. If you're hesitant to order your dress online, don't be! Simply Bridal will exceed your expectations in every way. I recommend this company to everyone I can.

"I was a little concerned about ordering a wedding gown from an online retailer, but I have been very pleasantly surprised by the transaction. First, I absolutely LOVE the dress itself, and the quality was unbelievable. I ordered custom measurements, so it fit pretty much perfectly right out of the box. "I love my dress!!!!!! It's beautiful I ordered the Monique I was alil surprised by the color tho. I had ask what it was shown in online an I got the answer back of white so I was expecting an off white color when it came it was white white like blue white! Which is what I had wanted in the first place so it worked out! My MnL an I did change a couple of things with the train an now it's perfect! Instead of have the loop in the center under all 3 layers we moved it (cuz I'm left handed) about 6 to 10 inches to the left between the top two layers an also added a loop between the first two left side flowers which easily wraps around the flower for the walk down the aisle an then will hand nicely on my wrist for the reception!!! Can't wait to wear my dress I'm getting married on April 13th 3 weeks to go! Thx for my wonderful dress SB I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!! *kisses*hugs*"

"Dresses take longer to ship, but I received mine a little earlier than I expected! It fits perfectly and is the size I usually wear in dresses. However, you can return it if it is the wrong size. Just keep in mind the length of time it takes to get the next dress. It looks great and I cannot wait to wear it in my sister's wedding!"

"I really liked the selection of dresses Simplybridal.com had and I found a great dress is the perfect color!
I'm normally a size 6 but based on the measurements online, I ordered a size 8. Even though it was big, there was an elastic strap inside that made the dress tighter and able to stay up.
All that to say, the sizes are true to your normal size! No need to order a size up or down! I did need to get it hemmed though.
The dress was comfortable, great quality and beautiful!"

"I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from simplybridal and almost thought the prices were too good to be true! When they were delivered we were so happy with the quality. They fit all my bridesmaids great and the color was true to the website. We are so happy with them! The only downside to the order was that they took awhile to be delivered. Just make sure to order with plenty of time :)"

"I ordered a wedding dress from simply bridal because it was $100 and I was flat broke. When it arrived I was happy with the quality of the fabric, but disappointed with the fit, it was a touch too tight in the stomach, or so I thought. Unfortunately I had tried the dress on with an older slip, which caught in the zipper; the cheap plastic zipper busted open. It unzipped and rezipped all right, closing back up, but I would have to have a new zipper put in to make sure it didn't happen during the ceremony. After a few weeks I noticed another problem, the dress was white, but there were yellow cups inserted into the bust of the dress, creating a discoloration in the bust. It looked like a coffee colored stain on the bust. I had planned to add lace to the dress anyway so that would cover it up, I made a complaint on their facebook page and was sent a nice little pair of earrings to make up for it and was contacted by customer service. I couldn't afford to replace the dress at the time, and I thought both problems were small and fixable. I lost a little weight, and tried it on again, this time at a bridal store I went to so I could buy an appropriate slip. At this time I discovered that with the bright lights in the store the cups were not slightly discolored, but actually bright yellow, and the sizing of the dress was off so badly that altering it to fit would require pulling the dress apart and cutting it down to size in the bust. It apparently had a bust size for a 14 and a stomach size for an 8, I had bought it in a 12 and lost enough weight to take me down to a 10. It was still too tight in the stomach but was gaping in the back, and I couldn't afford to pay to have that many alterations made. I was outside of the 30 day return period and despite the fact that the dress was unwearable, they would not give me a refund. It was my own fault for not taking it in to get it altered right away, but I couldn't afford it at the time. The customer service did try to help me some when I reported the yellow cups, although I was outside the 30 day period already then and I doubt they would have refunded my money, I wish that they had tried. I do not recommend buying from them unless you want to pay a lot to have a cheap dress altered.

Edit: Simply Bridal provided a reply below that they don't offer refunds on altered dresses; my dress was not altered. I took it into to have it altered, and discovered that the serious flaws in the sizing would have made it too expensive to alter. I picked up another dress at David's Bridal on clearance for the same price. It only needs to be hemmed, apparently I am a standard size 10 otherwise. Also, I was unaware of the 20% refund from the cup issue, but it is on my statement, so there is that."

"This is a great company to do business with. I ordered my dress and had it within a month! The dress was absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately it was too short. I contacted their customer service department and they were a pleasure to work with. I returned my dress and they issued my refund within days of receiving the dress back.

I highly recommend this shop!"
