"They provided me an Excellent service, Mr Michael was great during the process, they solved all my technical doubts, they didn't tried to push any additional product, such as unnecessary upgrades, I've seen companies trying to increase the "bill" with some "add-ins". I also had one special need regarding delivery and they arranged it for a Sunday night, who does that in the marketplace?

The NASBIT process provided me additional security to receive the equipment tested and configured (raid) and just start using it, everybody should take this in consideration before buying NAS Equipments, who wants the "surprise" to receive a malfunctional piece.

I definitely recommend them to everybody and hope other companies could act like SimplyNas in the customer relations.

"I was very satisfied with the level of details provided to me as to the state of my order. I have never experienced that from any on-line vendor. I would, and have already recommended to several other IT folks. Equipment arrived quickly and just worked. Nice… Thank you"

"My purchase was shipped quickly and everything arrived in excellent condition. I bought the Synology DX1211 expansion unit for my Synoligy main unit (DS2411+) and everything connected up easily and worked flawlessly. I am a very content customer and would recommend SimplyNAS as their prices even beat out the offerings on Amazon and had FREE shipping to boot!."

"Bought a Synology DS1812 populated with 18TB of disk space. Having read reviews of such technology suffering early childhood failures, I decided it was worth it to have Synology configure, burn-in, and test the device.

The DS1812 has worked perfectly since its arrival. I couldn't be happier. "

"We needed a powerful NAS on very short notice. Ended up getting a fully loaded QNAP TS-ES1279U-RP that we ordered at almost 5PM on Thursday and they configured and tested it for a Friday shipment (overnight I might add) and we got it Monday around lunchtime. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!"

"I shopped around for the Synology DS1512+ and found SimplyNAS. I saw that they had a very high review rate and a price that was competitive with other re-sellers. SimplyNAS kept me informed by e-mail through each step, receiving the order completion of build, burn in, and shipping. I am very pleased with the product as well as my purchase experience. I would not hesitate referring the company to friends and co-workers. "

"They served me with a wealth of information and knowledge.Spending my money with them was an absolute pleasure. These guys were so smart and helpful that I kinda hope I need tech support. I will update this after I receive the 18Tb nas I ordered but for anyone needing networked storage take the time to contact SimplyNAS you wont regret the decision."

"SimplyNAS provided very thorough and un-biased service when I placed my order for the Synology DS512+! I was greeted on the phone by Michael and even thought they were about to close for the day, he was kind enough to answer all my questions and even offered to hang around for an hour or so if I needed anything more. I was in a bind and needed the NAS shipped overnight. SimplyNAS was happy to help and got my product on the bench within minutes, performed the NASBIT service and shipped out as requested. I was very excited to see 2 KILLER new SimplyNAS Tee's in the box and then, to top it all off...... I got a follow up email to ask me how the Synology was doing for me. I will buy from SimplyNas again, especially if I have a mission critical project that requires expedient service. SimplyNAS delivers!"

"We have purchased from SimplyNAS a few times. I have usually found their sales staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was fine until our last purchase of a QNAP 24TB system. In summary, when I placed the order, I was told that they would build the unit over the weekend and that it would ship on Monday - the Monday before Christmas. I paid for overnight shipping - so the unit was to be delivered on Wednesday, which was the next business day since Christmas was on Tuesday. I was tied up with a server failure all day Wednesday. On Thursday, I realized that we had not received the unit. I called Abbas at SimplyNAS and he said they did not ship it on Monday because of a RAID configuration error they had while building the unit. He could not explain why no one called me on Monday to say that it did not ship - or why I was not called at all. It was only my call to SimplyNAS on Thursday that initiated any action on their part - even though they had already charged my credit card for the full amount with overnight shipping. Abbas said that he could drop ship a unit from QNAP via overnight delivery - which I said was fine. On Friday, we received the unit along with six 4TB drives - which were shipped separately. Upon inserting the drives into the NAS, we discovered that one of the drives was bad. When I contacted Abbas at SimplyNAS, he said they would send out another drive, but that I had to pay for the drive and for shipping. I escalated the issue to his "manager" - Michael Gray. Mr. Gray did not want to discuss the details at that time - he said he just wanted to get the drive shipped to me and that he would review the details later so that we could discuss my concerns. I gave them my credit card again and they charged me for the drive and shipping. Once we received the drive, we inserted it per the instructions from SimplyNAS. They said it would auto-expand the RAID6 array. It did not auto-expand. After several back and forth emails and enduring several insults from Mr. Gray, he did finally agree to send a RMA and return label for the bad drive. However, he refused any further assistance (i.e. tech support) unless I agreed not to post any negative reviews about my experience with SimplyNAS - and not to contact the Better Business Bureau. Obviously, I did not agree with Mr. Gray. He really wanted me to return the entire system - after we had fully implemented it. I explained to him that we would not return it because there is nothing wrong with the unit - and because of the additional time and cost of having to replace it with a new system.

Please - save yourself the hassle - don't buy from this company. If anything does not go as planned - like a DOA product or anything that requires any level of customer service - you will regret your purchase. They have been rude and disrespectful since I asked them to provide a return shipping label for the DOA drive and a refund of the overnight shipping - since they delivered the unit two days late. In my opinion, this is not a company you should trust."

"I've now purchased two devices from SimplyNAS. Both have been great. The web site is very well set up to compare products. The status updates as the product goes through setup, testing, and shipping are great. They may not be the cheapest in the world but they are very solid. I highly recommend them."

"SimplyNAS offers a large variety of NAS solutions for every situation, and if I wasn't already sure of what I wanted, I'm sure I could have easily found it either by browsing through their products on their website, or by calling their customer service and explaining my needs. The prices appear competetive, and the NASBIT 24-hour burn-in testing helped to sway me away from building a system myself. The shipping was fast, with plain email communications for every change in my order from being received, parts being picked, burn-in testing and shipping. Although I probably won't be needing any additional storage for a while, I know where I'll be going next time."

"Purchased a 16TB NAS system from SimplyNAS. The salesperson was helpful and helped optimize the configuration. System was shipped shortly after burn-in testing, and the device worked perfectly out of the box. Overall a good experience and I will be purchasing from the company in the future."

"I considered ordering a diskless QNAP869 and eight 3TB drives from online component stores and configuring the NAS myself as I've done in the past. The appeal of having SimplyNAS do this and the burn-in test before delivery, all at a reasonable cost and time frame was attractive. Excellent communications during the whole process."

"SimplyNAS was terrific. I liked the range of RAID solutions they offered (which gave them credibility in my eyes) but then I couldn't decide which line met our needs best. We have some 2 year old RAID setups at 2 sites that were full and too busy, and we're adding a third site. I called, and after listening to our setup SimplyNAS recommended a product line and configuration that made sense - QNAP TS-669 PRO with 6x4TB drives. They also explained the options I'd want and what I really didn't need. As they built the NAS I got status updates and the NAS arrived earlier than promised. It was simple to install and has been faster and more effective than anticipated. As we add sites and upgrade our existing sites I expect to buy more drives from SimplyNAS."
