"I have had a (2013 Model) SimplySleeper SS-49T Raised 18" Twin Air bed a while now and absolutely love it. It is my main bed. It took a few times, (not many) to adjusted it to my comfort level. I have arthritis and fighting stage 4 Ovarian Cancer so it serves my sleep needs which is very important. Lots of prayer and this bed have made my illness easier. I also want to add that I had a very beautiful experience with this company. They truly care about their customers. Thank you so much. "

The majority of customer reviews I saw on amazon reported that the beds were of high quality... and that convinced me to go ahead with my purchase.The bed I ordered is an "Ultra Tough Inflatable Mattress," so called because of its durability. What I love about my SimplySleeper is that it's not only extremely comfortable, but that it comes with the assurance that it will last.When you unpack it for the first time, you can tell that the material is something of quality. It has the feeling of a finely-woven material, yet it is heavy in spite of its flexibility.As for the bed's performance, I was surprised how well it provides the restful experience of a traditional mattress; in fact, it's better than my former regular mattresses in that I can easily adjust the firmness or softness. If I want a tight, hard mattress (which is great for people who have issues with their back), I only need to add more air. Deflating the mattress makes it softer and more yielding.I just want to add that in spite of the great reviews I read, it was the responses from SimplyGlobo staff to customers that led me to purchasing my bed.Whenever a customer mentioned the slightest issue with a product, someone from SG responded right away to offer a solution. In my 10 years of shopping online, I rarely see the kind of attention and friendly responses given by SG's customer service.I highly recommend SimplyGlobo for its excellent products and stellar customer service."

"SimplyGlobo Inc. advertises that their SimplySleeper SS-49T Raised Twin Air bed is covered with a 1 year warranty on Amazon. My air bed was just under 90 days old, and it started leaking from a seam. I contacted Amazon about the problem. SimplyGlobo Inc. wanted to charge a $25.00 shipping fee for sending a replacement air bed because the purchase date was over 30 days old. The fact is: I only paid $4.99 for shipping and handling per the original invoice. I checked with carriers, and this company is charging an excessive amount for shipping. Nowhere does this company disclose they charge this shipping fee on Amazon. The company is not standing behind their 1 year warranty. As I think a replacement air bed would leak too, I have requested for a full refund. Note: Amazon blocks buyers from posting a review about the product if the purchase date exceeds 90 days. Therefore, one cannot trust the reviews about this product on Amazon. How many customers have had problems with this air bed leaking air after 90 days and up to a year? My guess: Plenty. "

"The company shipped the next day and I received the air mattress in 4 days! Frankly I only have the air mattress 4 days but it certainly seems better than the SMARTAIRMatress I had for 6 weeks prior. It was only warrantied for 30 days so the 1 year warranty from SimplyGlobo Inc is very attractive to me. It does seem a bit small for a queen size mattress however after testing it I fell asleep for a few hours. Hopefully that's a good sign for things to come."
"I am very dissatisfied with SimplyGlobo. I ordered an air mattress a week ago on the SimplyGlobo website, and each time I check my order it says "Processing." An email that I sent yesterday has gone unanswered and the phone number that they have on their website is apparently not useful for resolving issues of my sort. The kind lady who talked with me on the phone was the one who directed me to email the company. I am hoping that someone from Simply Globo will contact me soon so that I can figure out my next steps. I am disenchanted at this point, but the product looks like exactly what I want. UPDATE: When I emailed the company, it only took a day for the mattress to ship. The customer service was outstanding, and the product is everything I expected. I am extremely satisfied with the resolution to my issue. I just won't be ordering from the company website again."
