He graciously offered to do so, and at a shipping price that was more than fair considering I was ordering a heavy power supply unit. As for the PSU itself, he gave me technical insight as to which PSU would work best on my Japanese current, and the reasons why. He quickly and patiently answered my many questions, and I can honestly say this was the best one-on-one service I've ever received during a web purchase. Mr. Kim has a winner with his SilenX site!"

"I had first settled on a silent powersupply from SilenX after reading endless threads in forums and numerous reviews. They all said that SilenX was the ultimate PSU (still having a fan), but seeing that I did not live in the United States I despaired. However the SilenX staff have been most helpfull in ensuring that I had as few difficulties as possible when ordering from Europe (Denmark). All my emails were answered politely and helpfully within the hour, making certain that I bought the right powersupply that would fulfill my needs. Props to Peter from SilenX for the prompt (and many) answers."
