FITBIT DIDN'T FIT!!
"CALLED TO EXCHANGE THE FITBIT CHARGE I GOT FOR MY HUSBAND, FOR CHRISTMAS. THE BAND WOULD NOT STAY CLASPED & KEPT FALLING OFF. ALSO HE REALLY WANTED THE FITBIT CHARGE HR. THE SALES LADY WOULD NOT ACCEPT AN EXCHANGE - 30 DAY POLICY. I GET THE POLICY, HOWEVER, OTHER COMPANIES GAVE A 30 DAY EXCHANGE FROM CHRISTMAS DATE, NOT PURCHASED DATE, SO I AM PENALIZED FOR SHOPPING EARLY. ASKED HER IF SHE SOLD JUST THE BANDS - "NOPE" SHE SAID. ASKED HER THE PRICE FOR A NEW FITBIT CHARGE HR & IT WAS $$$ RIDICULOUS!! I KNOW, MY BAD, ESPECIALLY AFTER SHE WAS SO RUDE, RIGHT!!I KNOW NOW TO GO TO A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY, "

"Bought a camera complete kit for over $1,000. Included 2 lenses. The larger lens stated in the ad that it auto focused with the camera. The ad was incorrect. I called to exchange the lens and let them know. They said sure. A few days later they tried to tell me that it was never incorrect (ebay saves the original ad). They "never received" the returned lens and never offered to pay for the return in the first place. Now I have paid for 2 lenses and shipping back on one and their response is that I am just out of luck. They stalled long enough that I can't open an Ebay complaint at this point."
"I am amazed by the customer support here! I ordered a product from their ebay store, and when I got the invoice, realized that I had ordered the wrong product. I wrote them, and asked for a swap or refund. This morning their customer support person wrote me back asking me to call to make the change. I had already received a shipping notice, so I wrote back, thanking her, but that it had shipped already. She called me, across country! She said that she might be able to still change the order, and we worked out what I had wanted instead. I told her how much I appreciated it.I will not know if she was able to change the order or not, but I just got another shipping email, a few hours later, so I suspect that she did. Amazing. I have dealt with them ever since they were known as Sigma4Less, over ten years ago, and was happy with their service then. Now, I am their customer for life!"
"Hi, this was my first time purchasing from your store Pohto4less, and i was very impressed with the service. Cindy was very helpful in making sure before we went any further that the item i wanted was in stock. She also made sure that the item i needed would be there by Wednesday, it was here Tuesday. Dont always receive this type of service but i was glad i did, because i really need this item before the holiday and for Friday. I couldn't wait to try it out when i got home and im excited .thanks"
"I ordered 2 Nikon SB910 flashes for my photography business. They called me with very low or no pressure to see if I need any other accessories, I said no and they said OK. I asked them about an extended warranties and they said a price. I asked if they can go down on their extended price and they did. Items shipped promptly and arrived as expected. Very impressed on how simple it was to get my two flashes delivered. Basically the cheapest price on the web. I will definitively check them first before the establishment stores like B&H or Amazon because they never offer lowered prices. I usually don't right reviews, but this time I felt I had to share my good experience.Thanks "

"Ordered a Nikon lens with US warranty at the lowest price I could find online or in NYC stores. The shipping was instant, but I received the lens without the warranty paperwork (Apparently someone separating the kit didn't move the lens warranty into the white box). Called the store and arranged for a replacement.Now I have a Nikon lens with US warranty at a very good price. My credit issuer will extend the warranty by another year. Should the lens need warranty repair after Year Two, I'll find out whether Nikon will honor the 4-year Extended Service Coverage when the sales receipt is not from an authorized dealer.Or maybe I could now get a 7-year Mack warranty for $20.The customer service has been responsive and helpful."
"I have purchased products from them many times over the years. Their prices are the lowest I have found for photo equipment with full USA Manufacturer warranty.I have found slightly lower prices at some other online stores, but not with USA Manufacturer warranty.You have to be careful online to get the warranty you want/need. If it says USA Warranty, inquire if it's a USA Manufacturer warranty or a retailer/store warranty so you know what you are getting and so you can price shop items with same warranty for an apples to apples comparison.When I buy photo equipment, I want full USA Manufacturer warranty at best price possible. This is what Photo4Less offers on all their new products. They are honest and reliable people who I can trust. That is important when spending money on the Internet.The only potential downside is they are sometimes not quite as fast as other resellers. Also, their hours of operation (store hours and customer service hours) are less than some other resellers. But if you are not in a hurry they are great, reliable, and honest.My only substantial criticism is they do not answer emails in a timely manner, but they are very good when I call them (as long as I call during their limited hours).They are helpful and truly want to help customers, and have very good prices for USA Manufacturer Warranty new products. So they are an excellent place to buy from and I will continue to be a repeat customer."
