"Hands down best online store out there,best prices and service,good selection and quantity compared to competitors
I ordered the bulk of my parts from here ,trying to bet 5pm EST. deadline so my order will ship same day.At 6:15pm Central time got email "one of my items were out of stock"(Swiftech MCR220-QP Quiet Power 2X120mm )asking"Would an EK 240 work for your needs instead" no extra charge :)
Last email i received from Gary with tracking number was at 9:13 pm...come on are you kidding me ?Who dose this any more?
If you want old school,honest to goodness service look no farther"

"Once again Sidewinder Computers please a repeat customer. Their attention to shipping is what catches my eye. They take notice that these items are not cheap and but adequate packing material in the boxes so the contents do not move. Have a couple more items I need to purchase which will more than likely be from them if the product ever comes in. Inventory is still the only thing lacking!!

"So far I've made two orders from Sidewinder Computers, and both of them went very smoothly. Both shipments came in quick to CA (~2 days) and I'm very impressed by the service that Gary has done. In my first order for some round cables and thumbscrews, I didn't get a tracking number email to me. But Gary quickly sent me a reply with the tracking number and was able to track my shipment. My second order on the Thermaltake SK-7 with Smart Fan 2 went well too. Keep up the good work!!"

"I needed better cooling solution than stock Intel HSF's and so ordered 2 x Thermalright SLK800A's. They arrived today, I just installed them and am pleased with performance on my duallie.

I ordered on the 13th October and they arrived (Darwin, Australia) on 23rd October via USPS. Shipping rates were reasonable. Gary is quick on the emails and the quotes. I highly recommend SW as a vendor and to folks outside U.S who can't source locally.

"I purchased a set of Prolimatech Armagedon CPU Coolers that came with a Free 140mm Fan and could not be happier. They ran out of Fans and could only ship one. They got them back in stock and I just received the Fan. Super great prices. Better that most sellers for the items I required. Check them out for your Computer Hardware needs. "Sidewinder was recommended to me by a Shacknews.com user, and I didnt even bother checking their rating before ordering -- their prices were more than competitive, and they offered the Panaflo fan I ordered with the molex connector at no extra cost(it does not normally come with one).

I've recommended Sidewinder to a friend, who purchased his heatsink and fan from them, and I've since made another purchase there.

Sidewinder Computers is first rate. Right up there with Newegg. These are the only two sites I buy computer parts from because their prices are competitive, but, more importantly, their customer service cant be beat."

"I have ordered quite a few times from Sidewinder now, and use the store for all my watercooling parts......if possible.
I find the prices are generally the lowest anywhere, the shipping costs low and the turn-around time minimal.
Using the Postal Service has the advantage of 2-3 day transit and Saturday delivery which is excellent.
I have never been dissatisfied, my orders are always correct....and any missing pieces have always been sent out at no cost to me (only happened once).
I have found that the owners are easy to reach by phone and any questions have always been answered with helpful information.
I recommend Sidewinder frequently and will always look there first for any watercooling materials I may need."
