The package was shipped late due to being short one foot of Tubing. It was shipped on January 10th and delivered on January 12th.
Due to the new year holiday, we were unable to restock this tubing in time to ship the first week of January.
We do answer calls but due to the amount of calls we receive, we sometimes cannot answer all of them.”

They were one out of a few retailers that had a ~$24 price on this unit (Newegg, Jab-Tech, etc., being the others), but I needed the unit in two days, and the other retailers either were out of stock or only offered Fedex or UPS 2-Day service, which was quite expensive. Sidewinder shipped same day I ordered it with USPS Priority ($5.00 as opposed to $20 or so from Fedex and UPS), and arrived in two days. Package was immaculate, well packed, with plenty of protection for the fan. Both items were in brand new shape and works flawlessly. Save at least $15 from buying from anyone else at the time.
