This online retailer really exceeded my expectations! An item I originally ordered was out of stock, and they promptly contacted me and sent me a more expensive product for the same price! Not only did they do that, they shipped the item on the 9th, and it was at my doorstep on the 11th! And I only paid $6 for shipping! I highly recommend Sidewinder Computers to anyone orders computer parts and accessories online.

Very knowledgeable staff members on the products that they sell. I just recently built my first water cooled system and the one mistake I made was not buying all my parts from Sidewinder Computers.com. I know where I'll be going for now on, so I get all my parts that I need right the first time around. Thank you too all at Sidewinder Computers for great customer service. Sidewinder rocks!! I was looking for parts for my new water cooled PC setup and Sidewinder had all the parts I needed at the lowest price on the internet. Not only that but shipping is FAST, I have ordered 4 times in the last month or so and they ship faster than any other place I have done business with. In addition, when I had questions they replied promptly and courteously! Sidewinder is my new go to place for ordering pc parts!

I love shopping at Sidewinder. One of the most reliable online shop I know. I have not had the chance to return any item because all of the products that I have ordered always came in top condition. If they have parts that I want, I would always buy here.

This is I think the fourth time in the past month I have ordered from them. Granted I live about an hour and a half away, they always ship same day which depending on when I order, I have recieved my items the next day. Only ever problem ive had was when they left out my microres, I called and they put it in my next shipment for an order I had made that day. Quick, Great Service, definitely recommend!!!!

ordered a radiator bracket and some fittings, the package was under 13 ounces so they shipped it by USPS first class for about 2 bucks. nice shipping options and very competitively priced. items ordered came great, thanks Gary!
