I had used a closed loop (can\u0027t add fluid to the loop) and a big air cooler in my previous computer builds, but wanted something with a little more design flair and cooling capacity for my upgraded machine.<br><br>After giving me plenty of feed back through email with pictures and detailed descriptions, I was able to put in a massive order for all my components (greater than 5 items in the order). Sidewinder packed up all the components in one day and shipped the package in a timely manner to my front door. The package was filled with both packing paper and peanuts, which was greatly appreciated since some of the items would be hard to replace and at great expense.<br><br>I was originally sent to Sidewinder by a fellow engineering mate back in college with the promise that Sidewinder is one of the best sites on the net for custom parts, and I couldn\u0027t agree more. You can ask any of the guys at overclockers.com and they will tell you the same. Their pricing is by far the best and if you have to pay a little more for something the extra money can be looked at as spent for EXCELLENT customer service. <br><br>I have spent a lot of money with them and will continue to do so as they are always the company I reccommend and link to on the forums and in person. I just placed another order with them, redoing all of my watercooling. I spent enough to qualify me for free shipping. The problem was my pump is not in stock and I didn\u0027t want to have to pay shipping for it as well. So I gave them a call and the phone was answered in 2 rings. He told me, not a problem, just drop a note in the comments box you want it added to your order. "I purchased arctic silver adhesive and opened it month later to find one of tubes had solidified. The response from this merchant was swift - I received replacement tubes within 2 days of contacting them and a prepaid mailing label to return the defective product. This was a $10 purchase and Sidewinder treated me as if I was their most important customer. I am absolutely impressed."
