Quality product, great prices, fast shipping, and great service. What else could you want from a company?
The vendor quickly responded to an email and added an additional item to an already existing order so i could save on shipping, and sent the order out pronto. Thanks for the great service!

ordered a radiator bracket and some fittings, the package was under 13 ounces so they shipped it by USPS first class for about 2 bucks. nice shipping options and very competitively priced. items ordered came great, thanks Gary!

do not deal with this company
i order a x changer radator the radator was dented on the end and the paint was flaking off where it was dented they would not give me a RMA number and refuse to take the radator back unless I sign some papers saying the damage was done in shipment there is no evidence from the box that it happen in shipment I refuse to sign the papers because it is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE TO COMIT FRAUD AGAIN THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE
all the forms for u-pic are for lost or damage USPS parcels so it is insureance fraud and it was only after I start saying it was fruad that gary try to get me to sign a letter that he made up
I have been ordering from the internet for over 10 years and this is the worse company i have ever delt with and this is the only time I have ever came on reseller to give someone a bad rateing if any one thinks I'm making this up just wait till you have a problem with gary This review was modified by its author, MEHILL10, on

Customer placed an order with us on Saturday, January 9, 2010. Order was processed and shipped on Monday, January 11, 2010, and delivered on January 13, 2010 at 10:14 a.m.
Sidewinder Computers purchased additional insurance through U-Pic, at our expense, as the contents were valued at more than $200.00
Customer contacted our RMA department on January 14th, with the claim that his Feser radiator was received in damaged condition. We requested the customer send us a letter in writing, only stating that the contents were received in damaged condition. We did not request that the customer state it was damaged during transit from us to him. Customer has refused to assist us with this claim process.
We will let readers of this review draw their own conclusions as to why he refuses to do so... |

Ordered some parts the 1st of january, due to holidays and such, the order was abit delayed. on the 10th, i contacted gary because i wanted to change my order, which worked out totally fine. The next day after all the changes was sorted, it got sent from him. He even upgraded shipping to DHL so i would get the stuff this week. Great!
Got them today, so it took 4 days to arrive.
Very happy with them, would recommend them to anyone who wants great customer service (he answered my first mail 2 minutes after i sent it, on a sunday evening!) and good prices.
Overall very happy :)

This was my first shopping experience with Sidewinder computers and I must say i'll be shopping with them for all of my watercooling needs. My order came within 3 days using UPS ground, everything was nicely packed, and accurate. All prices on the items I had ordered were great, and the quality perfect. Great selection of water cooling parts. I like the way the site is set up to make shopping easier. On some items it would be nice if there were more pictures. Example: Does Swiftech radiator have screw holes on both sides? You cannot tell by the pictures but the working kind of implies that it does and I will be able to work something out if it does not. I Just ordered, so product has not arrived yet. Keep up the good work.

Had hard-to-find chipset coolers at a reasonable price. Quick shipment, great service and excellent packaging. Will buy from again and recommend to others.
