URL:http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120261882243
eBay Item Number 120261882243
He was shipped a Brand New USA Nikon D-300 Body
UPS# 1Z17Y85V3972712536
Nikon at one point gave a full version of the Nikon NX software. They no longer do. They give a trial version of this software.
He wanted the full version. On the house.
We advertised a Brand New Nikon D-300. That is what he received.
He left a negative feedback on our eBay account.
I called him to offer a full refund. He refused to take the call.
We even offered to pick up the camera and give him a full refund.
He does not want that. The reason? At $1629 with Free Shipping, It was a deal of a lifetime.
So I will ask Mr. Cash again:
Mr. Cash. If you are not satisfied with your product. Please return it for a full refund.

"Ordered a D90 kit with lens and accessories; received emails requesting for payment confirmation; called to confirmed payment. A guy on the phone told me that I needed to buy another battery, since the Nikon one would only support a few shots (12, if I remember correctly). I wanted to laugh, but I politely said no.
I received the kit after a few days. Pleased to see the many stuff in the package. Later on I realized that those no-brand accessories could bring me more pain than fun.
I tried the camera with the 15-55mm lens, and very satisfied with the pic quality. Then I decided to attach the wide-angle lens. It did get me surprisingly wide-angel shoots! However, when I had all the fun and wanted to remove the lens, I found that it was impossible to remove the wide-angel lens from the Nikon 15-55mm lens! I stuck.
I emailed, and called the store a few times. They were not eager to help. In the mean time, I received several emails from them asking me to leave them positive feedback for them.
So I have to leave the wide-angle lens on, and shoot every pic with it.
The worst had yet to come. Today I just found that the camera couldn't focus well. As a result, with manual setting, it took horrible pics; with auto-focus setting, it refused to shoot since it couldn't focus. I didn't do anything wrong, so I believe it must have something to do with the wide-angel lens -- either something wrong with it, or it cause the problem since with it the Nikon lens couldn't get proper protection as it would get without that.
I suppose I could use the Nikon warranty, but I don't know how to explain the junk wide-angle lens on the Nikon lens.
In conclusion, the store
1) would like to trick customers in buying accessories
2) some accessories are junk
3) when customers have trouble, not willing to help
4) would send several unsolicited emails soliciting for positive feedback, even if the customer is having problem that they wouldn't help to solve
