"I do not purchase that much merchandise online because of the hassle if there is a problem. I researched and found the Napoleon grill that I wanted but was not satisfied with the price or service I received at local shops. All the positive reviews and the company being listed by Napoleon as a preferred internet retailer convinced me to give them a try. I was not disappointed, Erin in customer service was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I have not received the grill yet but I have no doubt that is there is a problem I will get all the support I need to get the issue resolved."
