"It's a month later, take or give a few, and good luck getting a refund from Shoplet.com. If you want to go see em, its in New York, about 3 blocks down tha road from.... BBB. Keep VERY far away. There's a link on their site that actually links your credit card info to a scam site called Shopper Discount Rewards. These people auto-deduct a "membership" fee from your checking account monthly. It is now 5/8/09. and Shoplet.com has sent 3 of the 4 boxes of supplies that I ordered. The product sent was not as decribed, or pictured. Eventually all this was picked up. Still no refund. BEWARE"

"Website had an item listed as 'instock'... purchased it, then took a look at their site, noticed the order was 'cancelled', no email from them letting me know this, i called them, no answer. And i was charged for the item. Charged for an out of stock item... Poor Business Operations. "

"I ordered Genuine Joe Embassed Jumbo Roll Bath Tissue GJO25060 in July, 2011. It was advertised at that time as 1000 feet (not 1000 sheets). There were only 715 feet in each roll (I had this professionally verified). PLEASE NOTE: THE BOX THAT THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED IN MUST STATE THE LENGTH. IF THE BOX DOES NOT STATE THE LENGTH, THEN BEWARE!!!"
"This company is now an amazon seller... (with a pretty poor amazon seller rating)
On the amazon web site, shoplet.com advertised an item described as 2-pounds of starbucks coffee. I placed an order for two of these items (for a total of 4 pounds of coffee)
I received two 1-pound bags of coffee (receiving a total of only 2 pounds of coffee)
I called their customer service department to get the issue resolved. The CSR said that the description was wrong and they noticed this about a week earlier. They could not send me the two remaining pounds, but they would credit me $1 for each of the two pounds of coffee so I would be paying 'their cost' for the coffee.
Even with this $1 discount, with their shipping charges, I would be paying about $4 per pound more than if I were to just go pick up the coffee at the local Starbucks. Since the CSR was unable to do anything else for me, I requested to return the product. Now I have to wait a few days for them to issue an RMA number and a shipping label, and ship the item back...
Any other reputable seller would have contacted the customer after noticing the error in the advertisement to ensure the customer still wanted the product at the adjusted price, or just made good on their advertised price and sent the remainder of the order.
As I write this, the item on the amazon site still listed just as it was when I placed my order.
Not a very good experience when all I was looking for was a good price on a cup of joe."
* I order an "In Stock" item. * I later checked the order status: BACKORDERED * I never received an email about the backorder * The web site still indicates "In Stock" * Customer Service was hard to contact and didn't care that I canceled."
"Worst company I have ever ordered from. Web site ad said item in stock with 12-17 day delivery. After 31 dsys I received the wrong item. Shoplet.com said I must pay return shipping because of "customer error"/ My credit card was charged the day after I placed the order. Problems are still on going. Nothing more than an Internet SCAM"
"One item was not in stock, even though the website said it was in stock. The invoice accessible online was never adjusted to reflect the new bill, subtracting said "not in stock" item. The customer service representative "assigned" to my case went conveniently out of town. Shipping for the rest of my order was pretty unreasonable. In conclusion, a ripoff and bad communication."
"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. They post FALSE Prices on search engines and on their website. When you order the item, they cancel the order and tell you the item is not in stock and they never plan on getting/stocking the item again. When you contact them, they tell you are somehow have the price stored on your computer. If that was true, how was I able to order the item? "
"During the checkout process shoplet.com indicates that they will remove shipping charges in a later step in the transaction. Suddenly, your order is placed and additional charges are included in the final cost. Two calls and two messages later, along with two paypal.com complaints, the problem still isn't resolved. Paypal is another crappy company BTW."
