"I have tried to purchase two briefcases from Shoplet.com. On both of my orders my items were shown to be in stock and available. My orders were processed. In both cases I received an email one or two days later informing me that my order had been cancelled because that item was no longer available. I was under time restrictions for purchasing this product (I was leaving on a trip and needed a briefcase for it) and it was very frustrating to go through that process the first time, but when it happened a second time, I took my business else where. It is extremely frustrating as I wasted a week trying to order from them. I would not use them again."

I pray that the conversation between that "CS rep" and I was recorded for your review....He was horrible. It doesnt matter now, I have sourced the product elsewhere at a huge savings. I am the OWNER of my company and this saved me over $100 dollars for the order that was cancelled and another $100 on the one I am placing now. As soon as your rep conveyed that he was UNABLE (unwilling) to help me, I searched the term CHADAF8 and found it many places at 30% less than when I ordered my last three packs. I just ordered 5 packs.
