"I purchased a very expensive refrigerator for at least $500 less than I could find it anywhere else. I consider myself the guru of shoppers online. I am very good at finding the best price if there is one. I also got a $200 gift card from an LG promo that happened to be going on at the time. Very good buy. All home was excellent in every way. Their helpfulness and follow up was as good as you get. You would think they knew I would be doing a review on them. I do very few reviews, but I will go out of my way to do it for a good company. I delayed receiving the refrigerator for 3 months until I could get down to my vacation home to be there when it would come. They worked with me through it all. The refrigerator came with dents in both handles from the shipping company when I finally got it. They helped me put in a repair order from LG to have it fixed. Very good costumer service. If you want to see if a company is reputable just call them a few times to see how fast and often they answer there phone. They get a 10 out of 10 from me."

"We saved at least $100 by buying an excellent GE electric range from All Home Appliances & Electronics, whose courteous customer service provided us with detailed information about the delivery to our house in Michigan, as well as a follow up call to ascertain that things went well."

"I couldn't be more pleased overall with All Home. The staff members were extraordinarily pleasant and helpful and made the whole process of ordering, installation, etc. easy and painless. The fridge was delivered quickly and installed without an issue. I'd recommend this place for everyone and will definitely be coming back!"

"For the most part, everything seems to be fine. I was, however, dissatisfied with the delivery date. I was told my range would have arrived on 11-21-12 but it didn't. They did call me on the delivery day to let me know it would be delayed but I heard nothing after that. 1 week later I telephoned again to find out what was going on and my range was finally delivered on 11-29-12. At least if the delivery date isn't when you say it will be, throw the customer a bone and install it free for the inconvenience or issue a rebate or something. "

"I work for a church and had been looking for an apartment sized refrigerator with freezer. I checked locally and could find nothing that would meet our needs. I took a chance and went online and ordered a refrigerator from All Home Appliances/Electronics and it was easy! The delivery was smooth and uneventful, which was great! And the fridge is great! It perfectly meets our needs and we in the office love it. This company was very easy to work with."

"I ordered a Whirlpool double oven from All Home and the service was top notch. Everything went smoothly and my wife was happy to have it by Thanksgiving. I will definitely be ordering my next appliance from them!

P.S. Bill was excellent to work with and was willing to do whatever it took to make us happy customers."

"The order for the over-the-stove microwave/convection oven was delivered as expected for less than I could buy it for in a local store, including shipping. The item arrived undamaged and was installed without incident."

"What an awesome experience! Bill was incredibly helpful in helping us identify the best appliances for our needs. He even price matched a lower price for us. The flat rate shipping is awesome as I was able to get a stove and a dishwasher and paid the same flat rate for shipping. Bill also emailed me a copy of a mail-in-rebate on the dishwasher. The staff is very responsive to emails and the shipping company was kind and attentive. Even offered drop off times in the evening at no additional cost. I'll definitely be using All Home again in the future. "

"Our experience with this company was wonderful. We dealt with Customer Service when trying to reschedule our delivery time and the woman with whom we spoke was very helpful. The price was among the lowest we found and the quality was just like going to any brick and mortar appliance store. Delivery was quick and painless. The guys CARRIED the fridge in for us. Without question, we will be using this company when our dryer dies. Great experience. Please don't hesitate to use them!"

"Not commonly encountered an excellent and friendly service. Bill, one of the sales people and an owner, is exceptionally coherent and geared to help and please a customer. I have ordered a refrigerator. The price was about 25-30% below Sears, buy.com etc. Telephone calls and delivery were precisely on time. The installation was done neatly with a smile and without any hidden surprise surcharges. I highly recommend the store and the service. I will use them again for all my home needs. It was a pleasure dealing with them."

"Stay Away!

This was by far my worst customer experience ever! Purchased a fridge over a month ago and still have not seen it. Apparently, they don't deliver appliances INTO my home where I live, even though they charged me for it and itemized an "in-home" delivery on my invoice. They did, however offer to leave it outside or in my garage...How do they expect ordinary people to carry in and unpack a 400lb appliance on their own?

After hours of calling various "third party" carriers to try to track down and arrange to have the appliance delivered INTO my home, I've given up and am having it sent back. Many times, All Home did not even know where the fridge was and said they needed to contact their broker for more information regarding its where-abouts.

The price looked great on the website, but clearly this was a scam. After speaking with Bill, Ben, and Andy on the phone multiple times, I wouldn't even trust that the appliances they sell are legit. Why else would the price be hundreds of dollars lower than other companies?

Needless to say, I do not trust this company and would not recommend it to anyone. I guess I'll end up shopping at a Big Box store after all.

I was pleased that All Home provided me a full refund for the hassle."

“Mr. Jacobson placed his order with us on 11/13 and requested white glove delivery. We informed him at that time we only offer threshold delivery in his area which does not include stairs due to the type of equipment used. We shipped his order on 11/15 and our delivery company called to schedule delivery with Mr. Jacobson on 11/21 at which time he refused delivery because there were stairs to his entryway and he wanted to have the delivery to his kitchen with removal of the old appliance even though we did not offer those services, which is why the delivery company offered to deliver to his garage. Mr. Jacobson insisted he have a white glove delivery into his home. We again informed him we do not offer this service in his area but offered to find a white glove delivery solution for him. We contracted a company to perform the white glove delivery and informed Mr Jacobson of the additional costs to do so. We agreed that we would split the cost with him. When Mr. Jacobson was contacted to schedule delivery by the company performing the white glove service, he then informed us he would be leaving town for a week and the delivery company would have to hold the delivery until he returned. Which in turn resulted in further delay and additional costs of which we paid for him. Upon Mr Jacobson's return a third attempt was made to schedule delivery on Thursday 12/13 but Mr. Jacobson could not receive the item that day and demanded delivery the following day and due to the delivery schedule the company would not able to but offered to deliver on Monday 12/17. At that time Mr. Jacobson cancelled the order. We understand the delivery may have taken longer than originally expected but we feel we went above and beyond to address Mr. Jacobson's requests which caused the time for delivery to be extended. We were in contact with our delivery company and Mr. Jacobson constantly in order to ensure his refrigerator was delivered to him with white glove service even though we do not offer the service in his area. Mr Jacobson was also aware that in contracting out a company to perform a white glove delivery it would add additional time in receiving his order. For Mr Jacobson to say that "this was clearly a scam" is just completely ridiculous and absolutely false. We feel we went above and beyond to deliver Mr. Jacobson's refrigerator at the lowest possible cost to him and incurred additional costs because we were not informed he would be leaving town for a week only to have Mr. Jacobson cancel the order.”
