“Item was delivered and left at your location by UPS. You however you could not find item. You called us and we immediately reported to UPS that it was lost and within 3 business days we were in touch with you that we could get a new one out to you.”

And I was not disappointed. The dishwasher arrived the day I figured it would, new in the box, not a gray market, factory second or refurb, and with a manufacturer\u0027s warranty.<br><br>I have a few minor criticisms that should be considered more of an opportunity for improvement on the part of shopthewoz rather than a cautionary tale. <br><br>First, there is no \u0022My Account\u0022 area on the website. You place an order, receive an automated confirmation, and hope for the best. I\u0027d like to see an area where one can login and track the progress of your order.<br><br>Second, the carrier they use for their shipments is definitely low-end. The driver refused to bring the dishwasher up three steps into my house, citing that they had been sued in the past because of a damaged doorway. This is not a concern with a hundred-pound dishwasher. A three-hundred pound range or six-foot tall refrigerator might be another issue, though.<br><br>The carrier never attempted to contact me prior to delivery. Fortunately, I had the presence of mind to follow up with shopthewoz.com, get the carrier\u0027s contact information, and call them only to discover that the dishwasher was on a truck to be delivered within a few hours... and had I not coincidentally been at home, I would have incurred a redelivery fee. An online tracking system, email or voice notification would have been welcome here.<br><br>All told, shopthewoz.com has earned _the_ top spot on my short list of merchants. In fact I would highly discourage doing business with Shop The Woz. The Dryer was delivered on time, but came dented on 3 sides. Shop The Woz had me take pictures of the dryer and made it seem like they would take care of it either themselves or with the shipping company. They even told me not to use the dryer so that there wouldn\u0027t be any problems with being able to get it exchanged. It\u0027s been over 2 weeks since then and Justyn has stopped contacting us. He refuses to answer emails or return any of our calls. We paid good money for this appliance, and all we received was lousy customer service and a damaged product.
