"I ordered 2 scarves 5 months ago from ShopItAgain. The items never arrived. I had ordered a free sample prior and it did arrive so I thought this would be no problem. I was charged doubled what I was told, and never got anything. I have contacted customer service several times with no progress. This company is a scam and it a shame we can't stop them. ShopItAgain has a high score on eBay and I wish I could leave a review there since I think it is probably a score they have fixed somehow."
