I called Beltronics after placing my order only to be told that they are specifically NOT an Authorized Dealer and Beltronics stated I would not receive any warranty or support on the product that I just purchased.<br><br>They even gave me a link on their site which showed this company on their UNAUTHORIZED list and they are listed as a site not to buy from. They lie on their website and here is the link on the Beltronics site as proof: http:\/\/www.beltronics.com\/unauthorized-resellers.php<br><br>I would stay away from this vendor. The replied soon saying they have item ready to ship and this will ship that day or next day. I ordered at around 3 PM and didn\u0027t receive any shipping confirmation. So i emailed them again saying if they can\u0027t ship it next day then contact me immediately. Then i emailed again next day morning and received an reply that they made a mistake and they have the wrong item for one of those item. They blamed manufacturer for that and said they would extend discount for next purchase. I was disappointed because they canceled both items without even asking. They charge before they ship. I then replied to them if they can ship the other item that they didn\u0027t mention they had a problem with and they never replied to that email. I emailed them my phone number many times and they never called. They phone asks you to email them. "I would delete this review but cannot find that option. Edit seems to permit me only to update the ratings, so I will say that now I am "Neither Satisfied Nor Dissatisfied", 3 stars. Suffice it to say, there was a problem and the company explained it away satisfactorily."
