I needed couple of items in a hurry so i emailed them and asked if they have the item in stock and if they will be able to ship it soon. The replied soon saying they have item ready to ship and this will ship that day or next day. I ordered at around 3 PM and didn't receive any shipping confirmation. So i emailed them again saying if they can't ship it next day then contact me immediately. Then i emailed again next day morning and received an reply that they made a mistake and they have the wrong item for one of those item. They blamed manufacturer for that and said they would extend discount for next purchase. I was disappointed because they canceled both items without even asking. They charge before they ship. I then replied to them if they can ship the other item that they didn't mention they had a problem with and they never replied to that email. I emailed them my phone number many times and they never called. They phone asks you to email them. They are like ghost shop.

Amazing service...! I placed an order with this guys and within two hours the item that I ordered was already been shipped. This is a first for me as usually orders take one or two business days to be processed and shipped from other sites. Price was also great...! Did some research on this product and here I found the cheapest price available. Difference in price between this guys and other sites ranged from $10 to $175...! Great price on the item I ordered. Shipped out the next day, with easy access to tracking information. The item arrived in perfect condition. Very satisfied. Would do business with them again. Only concern I had - I was not able to reach them by phone while placing my order. I would not let this stop me from ordering from them in the future.

I placed a rather expensive order ($1000+) with them and was a bit worried because of the recent rating but since it was the only negative one and their price was good, I went with it. My order arrived in two days, no problems. The packaging was good and I received tracking info the night before. I will definitely shop from again, if the price is right. The website was a little slow but ok.

You must be very cautious with this company! I ordered an item for a car that required an installation kit. Their website showed a universal installation kit that would work for "most" cars. The cost of the installation kit was $20.00. They contacted me and asked me what type of car it was for and I told them. It turns out that the universal kit would not work for this car. They shipped the unit first, without the installation kit, and then informed me that the required kit for my car would cost $125.00! They also charged my credit card for the kit that they did not ship! They agreed to issue me a credit for the kit but they do not take returns other than for store credt! Had they informed me that the installation kit required would cost $125.00 prior to shipping the unit I would never have purchased it! I told them that I felt they were being unethical and that I was considering filing a complaint with the FTC. Their response was "good luck". Buyers beware!

Bought a JVC head unit from this store for a very good price. Got it one week later with free shipping.
