"These guys are great. Bulb for my dlp burned out after only 4 1/2 months. Thought well this is going to cost me again, but no I sent them an email and within 24 hours had an answer an they sent me a new bulb. Not many companies are that quick to respond. Excellent experience."

"Two years ago, it cost me $281 to hire someone to replace the lamp in my (ancient) Samsung dlp tv. Two days ago, I paid a total of $89 (includes 2-day shipping) to do the same thing, by myself. Shop Jimmy.com was easy to navigate, offered me different price points for my replacement bulb, processed my order efficiently, and got it to me in 2 days. They also include videos online and printed instructions in my shipment as to how to replace the bulb. I'm 53, female, and it doesn't get any easier than this!"

"Bought a sound bar from their store on Friday. Said OK to Ship on Monday. Called for a tracking # on Wednesday and was told they would email it to me tomorrow. Nope. Called again Monday. They said it had been shipped and they would email tracking info to me tomorrow. Nope. Finally called that Thursday. Still no tracking number but told me it had shipped and they would call me back. Called me back and said, oops, it never shipped and now it was sold out. They did refund my money, but the whole shopping experience was a disappointment. Wasted 2 weeks of my time and never had their story straight. Chose to go with them because they had a great price on the product I wanted. In the mean time, it is sold out everywhere else. Obviously, I will spend my money elsewhere in the future."

"I had a problem with one order being canceled without explanation.But the email exchange was excellent and specialy the chatting.My problem was solved very fast and i appreciate it.The little + i could recommend to the Cy. is to communicate the reason of their action, in my case a cancellation.
But overall, the service provided is excellent, communication is the keyword"

"I had a bulb go bad on me just over 3 months of having it, I thought I had a 6 month warranty when I called turns out it was a 1 year warranty even better! Unfortunately they were out of the bulbs when I called. The lady looked up my original order number and said she could refund my money or I could wait they would be in soon. She said would ship me one as soon as they arrived! I took her word and choose to wait and guess what a few days later UPS was here with a brand new bulb! I am one satisfied customer! It is very hard to find that kind of customer service these days a company that really cares about their clients not just to make that original dollar but to continue to provide excellent service throughout the warranty or exchange process! ShopJimmy really does stand behind their mission statement! I will continue to spend my hard earned American money at ShopJimmy whenever I am in need of a TV or TV parts!"

"Website is very user friendly and helpful in finding the right parts. although I received a defective part, which is not a retailers fault. more importantly is the assistance i have received after and dealing with the defective item. Emails were prompt and helpful in resolving the issue. Free shipment and discounts offered are always a plus. I will definitely shop here again!! "

"I tried to buy a Polaroid 42" LCD TV power supply (IPOS42V5) with my PayPal in Nov 2012, they had 70 in stock at that time, and refused to accept my payment, now Dec 2012 I tried to buy the one left in stock with a CC to ShopJimmy.com and accepted payment, I waited a 10 days for my shipment and no package, call ShopJimmy about my order, only to find out ShopJimmy didn't send the power supply I order nor had the courtesy to notify me, but sold it to someone else.
I my opinion ShopJimmy.com has poor sale department and customer service."

"After searching for the remedy for my Westinghouse LTV-32w1 turning itself off, I narrowed it down to the power supply. I found the part number and then found this site. It was the cheapest of 5 other sites and it offered FREE shipping. Ordered on Tuesday, got it on Thursday, installed it Friday and TV is working! No blue light, but I'll live with that!"

"after the ball being dropped a couple of times on my order, Jon fixed the issue and now my tv has turned from a paper weight back into our family room tv. Jon did a very good job at fixing my issues and I will be back in the future because of him.

"My Philips 47" LCD TV would not power on and was only 2 years old. After researching, I figured it was the Power Supply. I found that ShopJimmy had the part in stock (new, not used) for less than anyone else. They also offered free next day shipping based on where I live. Received the part the next day and installed it that evening. My TV is now working perfectly again, and was ready before the Thanksgiving games. I also don't understand the person that commented you needed to be some inner circle to talk with technical support. I called and was able to speak to their technical support person in less than 10 minutes. Anyway, I had a great experience, and would recommend ShopJimmy for TV parts to anyone."

"Best place I found to deal for T.V. parts. Great prices,fast and free shipping. T.V. tech Rich took me through several steps to help me diagnose my problem and I fixed my Samsung T.V. for 65 bucks to where I saw online that others were paying as much as 300 or more to a repair man to get there's fixed that seemed to have the same problem. Rich and ShopJimmy get 5 out of 5 stars from me. Thanks... "

"this is the most horrible company i have ever dealt with, they offer free technical advice only if you are in their inner circle.
you are on hold forever and there is no customer service
stay away unless you don't want to be taken care of"

"I was looking for a particular Westinghouse LED TV ac adapter that was near to impossible to find! I even had a couple of bum steers and had to return ac adapters from websites falsely advertising them as this particular model. When I finally called the manufacturer of the TV they didn't have the adapter in stock at the time and they even recommended ShopJimmy.com. That was a lucky break for me because later I called the manufacturer back and this time they had the part in stock; However, when they told me the price, I researched ShopJimmy.com again and found the same adapter for half the cost!! I like the comprehensive website that will continue searching for you if you can't find what you're looking for the first time. I also like the customer care and followup with email that is provided. I got the part in two days and in excellent condition and it was just what I needed! Will definitely shop Jimmy again!"

"ShopJimmy shipped me a defective TV that failed right out of the box. It promised to send me a return shipping lable, and have the TV repaird and returned within 48 hours of receipt. When it failed to simply e-mail me the return shipping lable, I had to call back multiple times. Ultimately, it took days. Shopjimmy failed to schedule a time for the pickup, which I had to do on my own at my expense. Then, rather than 48 hours, it took three weeks, and then it was shipped to the wrong address, despite advising Shopjimmy and its repair vendor several times that I moved. The company was completely inept. In retrospect, I wish I had spent a few bucks more and done business with Amazon. Not worth the hassel, delay, and frustration."

"Excellent!

I have a year old Samsung 32" TV that began shutting itself down. Based on Internet postings this appears to be a typical problem to flat screen TV's. I'm old enough to remember TV tubes, which were replaced years ago by capacitors. Tubes burned out and capacitors go bad. I was all set to try and replace some bad capacitors as shown by many postings on Youtube. I opened the back of the set and found there are two boards. One is the power supply board that contains a number of capacitors but none exhibited the rounded top reported by most people. Went to the Samsung site and found I could purchase the entire power supply board BUT they were out of stock for that part number (wonder why). Did some more Internet surfing and stumbled on ShopJimmy. They had an ample supply and 30% less expensive plus free shipping. The part came in two days as promised. It was identical to the original. I installed it without having to mess around with removing bad capacitors (which I couldn't identify anyway) and soldering in new ones. The TV now works fine.

ShopJimmy will be my source for all electronic components.

I highly recommend them.
