After several Calls and emails, i finally got one ten days after the order date to state that they never had one in stock at all. At least I got a return of funds from them,but their customer service is horrible."

"These guys are great. Bulb for my dlp burned out after only 4 1/2 months. Thought well this is going to cost me again, but no I sent them an email and within 24 hours had an answer an they sent me a new bulb. Not many companies are that quick to respond. Excellent experience."
"Two years ago, it cost me $281 to hire someone to replace the lamp in my (ancient) Samsung dlp tv. Two days ago, I paid a total of $89 (includes 2-day shipping) to do the same thing, by myself. Shop Jimmy.com was easy to navigate, offered me different price points for my replacement bulb, processed my order efficiently, and got it to me in 2 days. They also include videos online and printed instructions in my shipment as to how to replace the bulb. I'm 53, female, and it doesn't get any easier than this!"
"Bought a sound bar from their store on Friday. Said OK to Ship on Monday. Called for a tracking # on Wednesday and was told they would email it to me tomorrow. Nope. Called again Monday. They said it had been shipped and they would email tracking info to me tomorrow. Nope. Finally called that Thursday. Still no tracking number but told me it had shipped and they would call me back. Called me back and said, oops, it never shipped and now it was sold out. They did refund my money, but the whole shopping experience was a disappointment. Wasted 2 weeks of my time and never had their story straight. Chose to go with them because they had a great price on the product I wanted. In the mean time, it is sold out everywhere else. Obviously, I will spend my money elsewhere in the future."

"I had a bulb go bad on me just over 3 months of having it, I thought I had a 6 month warranty when I called turns out it was a 1 year warranty even better! Unfortunately they were out of the bulbs when I called. The lady looked up my original order number and said she could refund my money or I could wait they would be in soon. She said would ship me one as soon as they arrived! I took her word and choose to wait and guess what a few days later UPS was here with a brand new bulb! I am one satisfied customer! It is very hard to find that kind of customer service these days a company that really cares about their clients not just to make that original dollar but to continue to provide excellent service throughout the warranty or exchange process! ShopJimmy really does stand behind their mission statement! I will continue to spend my hard earned American money at ShopJimmy whenever I am in need of a TV or TV parts!"

"I tried to buy a Polaroid 42" LCD TV power supply (IPOS42V5) with my PayPal in Nov 2012, they had 70 in stock at that time, and refused to accept my payment, now Dec 2012 I tried to buy the one left in stock with a CC to ShopJimmy.com and accepted payment, I waited a 10 days for my shipment and no package, call ShopJimmy about my order, only to find out ShopJimmy didn't send the power supply I order nor had the courtesy to notify me, but sold it to someone else.I my opinion ShopJimmy.com has poor sale department and customer service."

It was the cheapest of 5 other sites and it offered FREE shipping. Ordered on Tuesday, got it on Thursday, installed it Friday and TV is working! No blue light, but I'll live with that!"

"My Philips 47" LCD TV would not power on and was only 2 years old. After researching, I figured it was the Power Supply. I found that ShopJimmy had the part in stock (new, not used) for less than anyone else. They also offered free next day shipping based on where I live. Received the part the next day and installed it that evening. My TV is now working perfectly again, and was ready before the Thanksgiving games. I also don't understand the person that commented you needed to be some inner circle to talk with technical support. I called and was able to speak to their technical support person in less than 10 minutes. Anyway, I had a great experience, and would recommend ShopJimmy for TV parts to anyone."
