This is a international order going to Brazil.
You placed the order on 3/7/2013 and it was shipped by 3/13/2013 We do not have any control over the USPS that they may delay sometimes international parcels.

on 2/13/2013 we have been contacted by this costumer that he lives in India and he wants to place an order and he wants to know the total price. after discussions of back and forth of the same questions if we have it in stock and how long it takes to get there.
He then asked if he can get some kind of discount we decided to give him a discount of $7.
he placed the order on 02/22/2013 02:58PM and it was shipped on 02/24/2013 10:53AM. with tracking number CJ402295405US anyone here can track it.
Then on the same day we shipped it and sent him the tracking number from the USPS he emailed us right of way stating that this tracking number does not work. this is what our costumer service replied
"Dear S***,
You order was shipped today, a couple of minutes ago, Please allow 7-10 business days for the package to get from the United States all the way to India. As I'm sure you are aware The United States Postal Service does not work on Sundays, once the package is picked up by the USPS on a working day the information will be updated.

then on Monday the 2/25/2013 he emailed again stating that now it shows electronic info received we told him again he should give by the end of the business day for the package to picked up.
on 3/1/2013 he emailed saying that he has not received it. and it shows when tracking that it is still in NY and we should contact the USPS for him to find out what is going on.
We explained him that it got scanned at the international service now the next scan would be in India so lets give it some time.
on 3/12/2013 he got it and he emailed us stating that that it has two problems.
1) there are 2 deep scratches where the temple folds and touches the glass.
2) there is no neck string included as mentioned in the photos.
at first I went up to representative that shipped it and I asked him about the damage he told me that he specifically made sure that this has no damage since its going international. he said there was no scratches.
Then he sent another email stating that the authenticity card has no stamp. then he emailed again with the issues on the same day. so on 3/12 we already had 3 emails from him. on 3/13 he emailed us 5 Times with the same thing.
this was our response on 3/13/2013 less then 24 hours after his first email.

We have received your email, we inspect each and every pair of glasses that we send out. I assure you that the item you ordered was 100% in new condition. The warranty card always comes blank because they come directly from the manufacturer. The card and the glasses together are enough for the manufacturer to honor the warranty, they do not need to be signed or stamped. You are correct that the neck lanyard is missing, the manufacturer had run out and we were unable to send them. If you are completely unsatisfied with the product you must send them back (at your own personal cost) and we can get you a replacement pair or administer a refund.

he emailed us again about the neck string so we emailed him
Dear S***,
We did not know they were out of neck strings till you contacted us. We will administer a 5% refund for the missing string. We do know that we inspected the glasses and they were in great condition before they were sent to you. We apologize if they were damaged while on their way to their destination, but we can not be held accountable for what the postal service does to your mail. If you decide to return the glasses please let us know now so we do not administer the refund of 5%. If you would like to keep them we will administer it as soon as you respond.

he then responded that this will be cool and if we give him the 5% plus the $7 he will be good.
we answered
Dear S***,
We have administered the five percent discount in the amount of $12.39, when you were charged for the original order you were given a seven dollar discount. We are very sorry that this process was not what you expected.

After all we gave him the credit when no credit was due. we have offered him to take it back. it took 18 Days to India that is not long for international shipments.”
