"Purchased an Epson projector for a home theater. Took about a week to ship out. Other than that, great transaction. Great Customer Service, quick courteous answer when I called about shipping timeline. It was packed awesome! I will buy from shopbroadline.com again."

"Found the cheapest price for an epson 3010 projector online. realize it being tax season and all im sure they had many orders for this projector. After talking with mike who assured me ill be hooking it up wednesday or thursday sure enough true to his word it should be arriving tomorrow(thursday). If you want quick service and speedy delivery check these boys out! Thanks for the good service Broadline!"

"Ordered a new LG HX350T led projector from them on 12/27/11. Was going to order it from Amazon but the price on Amazon was $719. I was able to get it for $599 on ShopBroadline with free shipping and no tax. The projector arrived on 12/30/11, 3 days after I ordered it and it was new sealed in the box as I had hoped it would be. It was sent by FedEx with a signature required. Very pleased with the whole process of ordering from ShopBroadline and the projector is great too :-)"

"I ordered a 55" LG Flatscreen 3D TV from ShopBroadline. Though it was temporarily backordered it still arrived quickly and I'm very happy with the product, as well as the several email exchanges I had with them. I rate this sell positive. - Greg"

"My order was cancelled almost immediately without any explanation. I emailed to find out why, and never received a response. Oh, but they did charge my credit card. This is an absolutely worthless online retailer. I will NOT be purchasing from them again, and I urge everyone else not to, either."

"I ditto everything TLHUBER wrote except when i took the print out to HHGREG, they came close to the price of the 70" but the taxes is what lead me towards shopbroadline. I ordered my tv and projector Tuesday and both arrived Saturday. Thats definately the quickest shipment i've experienced by internet. I've read that people have had bad exp with this company. That's why I called first to make sure they actually have the item and the exact price because they had two prices for the same product on their site. Once i called and spoke with mike, it was smooth sailing from there. (I must admit, i was a little apprehensive from reading those reviews but i figured that everyone can't be satisfied) Also, i looked them up on BBB. That gave me more confidence to move forward."

"My husband and I where looking for a TV. We went to HHGregg and Best Buy. My husband found the Sharp 70" Aquos TV and absolutly had to have it. Between HHGregg and Best Buy their prices on the TV where close in price. I decided I would search the Internet to see if I could find a much better deal. So I googled "Where to buy a Sharp 70" Aquos TV cheap". So I started to thru the links and I came upon ShopBroadline.com and noticed that the TV was significantly cheaper, alot cheaper. Plus, there was free shipping and no sales tax. I printed out a copy of the TV information from ShopBroadline.com and took it to HHGregg to see if they could beat the price, they did not even come close. So I came home and ordered the TV from ShopBroadline.com and saved alot of money. The TV was delivered in a very timely manner. I love this TV."

"Ordered from ShopBroadline because they had the best price on the 55 inch TV I wanted. If you call instead of ordering on line you actually talk to a co-owner of the company. Order was handled swiftly. Would recommend. "

"Summary: Don't shop with them. Customer Service Rep called me to cancel my order and called me a "d!ck" and "a$$hole" before hanging up.

I placed an order with ShopBroadline.com. About 5 minutes after the order was placed, I received a phone call from one of their representatives who was calling to tell me the order was going to be cancelled in full because their products were incorrectly priced on their website. When I asked whether their site (which I just sent my credit card, address and phone number to) or prices were fraudulent the representative made the comment, "Don't be a d!ck." I told him I was just asking a question and did not appreciate him calling me what he did and confirmed what he said. He reiterated the comment and said "You heard what I said." He did not give me a name before he ultimately said my order would be canceled and the money refunded, before hanging up.

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Follow up: I called to inform them I filed a dispute with BBB (so they were aware) and Discover, so that they could not charge me now or in the future, and a man who said he was the owner called me an "a$$hole" and hung up. He identified himself as Michael.

Follow up #2: My rating was 100% truthful. You called me those things and that is the only reason I gave you a negative rating. You obviously have an anger problem and are not very skilled in customer service. I asked whether there was something wrong with your website or whether the pricing was wrong. You said no and called me a "d!ck" and I responded that at that point I was worried your site was fraudulent. I have seen your store before (with very good prices) and initially was skeptical and when I saw this I wanted to see if there was fraud or just a poorly run/kept site (but with solid products and good prices) with OOS and price issues. It seems like it was the latter, but with it also came deplorable customer service. You should be ashamed.

I would have never written a bad review if you called and canceled my order or just sent a cancellation email. Expecting that was what would happen anyway. Instead you used foul language several times. The customer service and language was the problem and nothing else. It looks like a previous reviewer had the same issue.

I suggest you fix the site issues and hire someone professional to handle your customer service. Good luck to you in the future, but I sure will turn anyone away that I ever see/hear asking about your site/company."

“Dear Customer, although your accusations and comments do not deem a response, I find it fair to set the record straight.

You made a purchase of an item that was recently added to our site. We didn't advertise the product, rather just loaded the product and it made it on Google Base or Merchant. Although it had several errors, Price, shipping, images, you still decided to go ahead and try to purchase a $1500.00 State of the art Brand new TV for $.02 (2 cents). I immediately saw the order and called you to notify you that the order would be cancelled. You called us Fraudulent and I could not accept that, and continued ranting about how we should be running our business.

Everything you have written is a lie and a mis-judgement of character. If you wanted a good deal on a TV, i was probably one of the only people that could have helped you.

And would still help, if you want a good and fair deal.

Also stated in our conversation, we immediately gave you your "2 cents" back on your card.

"I do not know who wrote some of the reviews listed below but it is completely contradictory to the experience I had. I ordered a Samsung model PN63C7000 (63 inch 3D TV) on Saturday because they had the best price for the TV I was interested in. I heard nothing back so on Tuesday I called to inquire whether the TV had shipped and to get a tracking number. I was rudely informed that it had never shipped because they were out of that model despite having AVAILABLE on their website. I further inquired about when they would have one available or a similar model. The rep advised me I was SH*T out of luck! Really? Terrible customer service. I immediately canceled my order but still have not received the refund. TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!"

“Absolutely no need to say such things about us.

The fact is that the Model TV you bought was at the end of its line.

we didn't ship you the TV because the one we had here was damaged.

If you check anywhere in the Southeast, we were one of the only companies who had one in stock.

But if it gives you pleasure trying to knock down peoples efforts in business and otherwise, then so be it.

We tried our best to get you a TV.

Since our last conversation, we have located 6 more PN63C7000. The only thing is that I have to ship them in to us. And there would be an additional cost of $75.00 if you still wanted the TV.

We are in the business of making people's A/V experience a good one. We have been doing so for 6 years in the Carolina's and now beyond.

We apologize for your displeasure.
