This company will scam you, if you order software they send you a flyer you sign for it at the door not knowing the content. When you chase it up they refuse to answer the phone and on live chat tell you you have signed for the goods !

There is no communication with clients! i placed the order on Oct21st, paid for express delivery! and today is Oct 28th and i still didnt hear from them about my item! my Google account was charged instantly. Will NOT order anything again here.

Experience was positive. Shipping was pretty fast with free USPS. Order was placed on Tues and recieved the following Mon. Packing was good and sturdy. Screwdriver set itself was made better than expected. Overall would recommend this store.

my order has already been charged for more than eight days to my credit card and received no response eh sending my order I can not call because I do not speak English and I'm outside the U.S. should be dispatched my order to my address in Miami I do not understand the objection if it charged me for my credit card

Mr. Aguilar, thank you for your review, however, we do state on our website that we only accept "U.S." CREDIT CARDS. Because your card was international we could of simply declined the order and refunded you. Since you sent several emails our verification went through additional verification processes not typically done and released your order. You should receive it sometime this week. I read the customer reviews on the shop4tech site about the item. All were stellar reviews, so I ordered one. When I got it, the item turned out to be total garbage. It wasn't broken, but it was useless for the job it performed. I wrote a review on the shop4tech site, giving it a 1 out of 5. After a couple weeks, my review never showed up. Several days ago, I re-submitted the same review. It still isn't being listed. Looking at other sites that sell this item, such as Amazon, the product reviews are nearly unanimously abysmal.
It's obvious to me that this site will only allow good reviews of the products it sells.

We are sorry you had issues with your product but you are more then welcome to receive a refund or replacement by filling out an "RMA" on our website at www.shop4tech.com As far as reviews go, we don't post all reviews for every item received as we have thousands of items and receive an overwhelming number of reviews. A randomization process of a specific amount of reviews is uploaded weekly, however, those reviews are totally random and can be 1 star or 5 stars. If you check on our website you will see there are other 1-3 star reviewed items, often times for reasons that have nothing to do with the item itself but maybe UPS or a courier issue for example. Either way, we take pride in purchasing high quality items and offering free domestic USA shipping on most of them at the lowest possible prices for our customers. In the rare event an item is not up to par, we simply refrain from selling it. it all depends on the overall general feedback on the product itself, most of which are solid.

Beware of this store. They shipped me a defective laptop coolor. It was dead out of the box. I called about the problem and asked to receive a refund of my purchase price. I was told they don't give refunds for defective merchandise without returning the merchandise first. I asked how to do that and informed them I wanted them to pay for return shipping since I'd done nothing wrong so far and they'd shipped out the bad product. They said to fill out an RMA on their website and someone would be in touch regarding the shipping costs. When I get the RMA it says I'm responsible for the shipping costs and I can't get reimbursed for my shipping costs. This is a case where they told me one thing just to get the RMA filled out. I feel ripped off as there is no way its worth it to ship back the product for a refund when the shipping costs as much as the refund. Avoid this rip-off store at all costs!

Thank you for your review, in this case we do apologize for the issue you had but as stated we were more then willing to offer you a brand new item or a refund. We just can't do that without receiving the item back first. It's no different from a major retail "physical" store that would require you return the physical merchandise before they gave you a new one or issued a refund. After waiting almost 2 months the K143 7-Port USB Hub arrived without the AC adapter as stated on the back of the package! Emailed Claudia 2 times for the adapter only got a reply for RMA. I don't want to pay shipping on an RMA just the adapter! A REAL BAIT AND SWITCH JOB!

I have just had one order with these guys so far. It was back last year, and it was a Samsung bluetooth ear piece. Item arrived in a timely fashion - about 10 days, pretty average for the christmas timeframe. Everything is fine. Communication was fine. Product still works. So I want to give these guys a good prop.

Again very good service...ordered a wirelss mouse that I thought was defected. Turns out the included rechargeable batteries were bad and they agreed to replace them rather than me having to return the mouse. Will continue to do business in the future.

I bought the GoGo case for IPhone 3GS from shop4tech.com. The shipping was quick, I got the item within the promised period. I had to make a customer service call just after I placed the call and I got a good instant response and solution for my request.
The GoGo case was nice and fit my iphone very nicely. However I order the dimm one and found that the shiny ones look much more sexy. If you are looking at a GoGo product, take my advise and choose the shiny colorful one.
I would recommend this shop to new clients.

I ordered a NEW Microsoft 3000 wireless keyboard combo from them with the understanding that the product was new and unused. As it turned out I did not need the keyboard until 07-01-09, when I opened the sealed package the disc that I needed to install the equipment was not in the slip or anywhere in the package the keyboard and mouse both had dead batteries in them, I called shp4tech.com and spoke with Claudia, who said she would email me the drivers that I needed, and said that all of the products they sell have batteries. I then dowm loaded the driver and the computer did not read all of the strokes on the keyboard. I then called back again on 07-01-09 and spoke with Dennis who said that I would recieve a call the next day from the returns department. Long story short, when I finally called back on 07-07-07 I spoke with Derrick, who told me how to complete a "RMA" on their the website. I was then revieved the following resposne,
"By our company policy, for over 30 days of purchase, we will not issue for refund and replacement is good for 30 days warranty. No exceptions.
We totally understood how you felt and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you and have a nice day."
I would not have purchased anything from Shop4Tech.com if I had known it was USED, They are not a reputable company. I hope that you take the time to look at the negative feedback about them before you purchase any USED items from them.
THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!

This is my first order with Shop4Tech. Not only did I get an excellent price but the stuff I ordered was very fragile. When it arrived it was pack well and nothing was damaged, It was all there and everything worked well. These guys are on top of their game.

Bought some CAT6 cables and some external hard drive enclosures. No problems with this order. UPS had tried to deliver twice, and their CS mailed me telling me to go pick it up. Anyways, will deal with them again.
