"The product was poorly designed in a way I could not have known because the description lacked essential detail. These Keen sandals had no strap of any sort to open them up! The ankle was huge and had no adjustment strap either. it was an "outlet" product so I had to pay $11.30 to ship it back. The retailer should cover return postage on ALL SALES, not just full-priced merchandise. Other retailers do so."
